Called Crosby plumbing at approx 10am and told them what I needed. They said they would send someone out between 12-2. Merrick called me approx 1215 said be there in 10 min. Once he showed up diagnosed the problem, had the part on hand and was all done within 45 min. Water heater back up and working. Good work!!

We were anticipating to have to find somewhere to live while Crosby was doing our roof to basement plumbing, but the folks at Crosby made sure that we could live our day to day life while all the work was being completed.

From start to finish the work plan was clear, concise, and thought out. We had roughly 5-8 folks working on the house and each and every one of them made it a lasting experience, especially for out toddler. They even finished a day early from the projection!

First off, I was pretty sure it was a relatively routine job and was hoping for a quote before someone came out and Crosby was willing to do that, whereas most other plumbers were requiring a visit with of course a trip charge.

The office staff was extremely friendly and helpful and were able to provide me with an accurate quote that was reasonble and got me scheduled quickly.

Jason came out when he said he would be here, did the job quickly and correctly and perfectly matched the quote I was given.

Overall, a great experience with this company.

I have used Crosby Plumbing multiple times for both residential and commercial needs. They are always fast, curious and do amazing work at a very reasonable price. Also, unlike some other plumbers I habe used, they dont try to upset me or tack on extra things to inflate the price. Crosby is just a good honest Plumbing business for when you need things done.

Our spigot has been dripping for a while and then went to a stream. Crosby was the first to contact and they made it to easy!!! Got an estimate and then scheduled for the work to be done. It was a 2 hour window and they came with 40 minutes! Quick job and got a new spigot put in! I was surprised they sent an email AND they take pics of the work too!! I will be definitely using them again. The guys who came out were super nice! Thank you!!!

Dwayne is the best guy around, Gabe was insanely helpful. The whole couple of teams that came out to do a huge job on my dad's house did incredible work and did it so quickly. A month long project I was expecting turned into a week or so with good communication and excellent experience and good forethought to fixes that we're good options while the family makes a plan the rest of the remodel. Will definitely recommend Crosby for the future!!!
