The ignitor went out on our furnace and I called Cook's Plumbing to repair it. The guys came the same day and had our furnace running in no time at all! Thank you Neil for taking care of us.

They were at our home by 8:30 am and had our plumbing fixed amd cleaned up by 9:30. They were polite, professional and really saved the day for my family.

I called because my furnace would not ignite. They were here the next day and got everything worked out. I've dealt with them many times over years of living in this town and they have never left me feeling disappointed. At least not with their work or service! Any disappointment has always been something out of their control. I'll continue to call them when I have an issue!

Quick response on a Friday to a partially obstructed sewer line helped us keep family gathering on track for the weekend. Previous service for both plumbing and HVAC has always been timely and resolved problems.

We've had Cooks come out for restricted faucets, lighting a hot water heater, and checking on an air conditioner, installing an overhead radiant heater. We are very fortunate to have this business in our town. Helpful, competent, and friendly. The Best!!

Great work! They scheduled the work as quickly as the parts needed came in and when some follow-up work was needed they immediately returned and worked until the problem was corrected. We'll continue to use Cook's for all our plumbing and HVAC needs .

Very happy with the thorough job they performed. Wasn't exactly what I expected but they found the leak.

Daniel and his helper were exactly on time. I had 4 issues with plumbing in my house and 3 of the 4 were solved today. I'm waiting to hear back from them if whether the part for my kitchen faucet can be replaced or if I need a new faucet. They were considerate by removing their boots as to not track in mud since it was raining. Easy scheduling, text messages as to when to expect them. I couldn't have asked for better service. Very grateful to have them in our small community.
