Toilet plugged, don't know why or what and not first time. New low water usage toilet installed within last year. Plunger was worked many times. Got water moving but not flushing Called Cooks and the crew was here within 3 hours and completed task in minutes.

Had an over flow valve that wasn't working it was spewing water out and Damion came and fixed it in 30 mins. Thank you Cooks your great !!!!!

This place is a JOKE! over the past year I have called them on 3 separate occasions for 3 different things. Every single time, the same thing, "I'll add you to the list and contact you when we are available to come over" and then NOTHING! This last time was for a whole entire new AC unit. HORRIBLE business or the WORST scheduler in the world. If you are not a family or friend it is utterly pointless to try and get ANY work done on your house... They clearly don't like money. Or treating customers good. take your THOUSANDS of dollars somewhere else. These people don't deserve it!

Cooks plumbing is the best plumbing company in SE Kansas. My water heater crashed flooded my bathroom at 10 pm at night. I texted them that night and they arrived that morning by 9am and replaced the old unit. The technicians were very professional and did a great job. Thank you Cooks!

My new on-demand hot water heater was experiencing a small problem. I notified Cooks plumbing and they said they would come over that same day. I explained it wasn't that urgent but they said they really wanted to look at it that same day. They came over a few hours later, immediately identified the problem, replaced the needed part. This fixed the problem, really appreciate the immediate professional service.

Cook's Plumbing people work hard to please! They can be counted on to finish the job well! They have done several things for us, like replacing air conditioning units, etc.
I really like their new feature of texting when they are coming to the house! 😁

Reported a clogged lagoon pipe and were addressing the issue within an hour. Great service!

Update: Have called on cooks multiple times as we renovate our home. Scoping our sewer and identifying low spots, identifying balance issues in our hvac, and most recently a water heater. Fair prices and quality service.

I have had them out a couple times with critical issues. Last winter, a hot water line under my house had a leak. They came right out and it was a cold, muddy mess in the crawlspace. I felt bad! They not only fixed it, but left a pump overnight to get all the water pumped out from under the house. That's service! Recently, my furnace acted up and Neal came out that afternoon and got me running again. Answered all my questions. I can't thank them enough.Their scheduling and notification of status arrival is the best of any business I have ever dealt with. Good, dependable, timely response and service is difficult to find these days. But Cooks Plumbing checks all the boxes. Plus, they are just great people.

I asked the gentleman who was here over & over again if he would please contact the landlord with his expert opinion because the heating/air conditioning unit doesn't cool or heat the whole apartment sufficiently. Sure, the unit works, but the gentleman knows it wouldn't heat or air condition the whole apartment properly in his expert opinion, and so much as he told me so. Very disappointing that he would not contact the landlord with an expert opinion & suggested fans to me. Maybe try to help your customers out, a phone call is not that difficult. When I first moved in here the ceiling caved in & they put me in a vacant unit while they were fixing mine. The heating/air conditioning unit in there was newer, more powerful & worked much better because my unit is an old model.

Their guys are great. We have used Cooks for a lot of things. They have always done a great job, and very reasonable.

Cook's have always gotten to us in a good timely manner. Alan was on oxygen, 24/7 & when the a.c. or heat wasn't working they were right here to see what was needed to keep him comfortable. They are always polite and able to figure the problem out quickly and able to get it fixed too. Thank you 😊

Damon Cook came out and installed a new sump pump with a battery backup. He showed me it was working with both comercial power as well as the battery backup. We will now see how it performs in real time. Damon seemed to be knowledeable about the installation, and completed the install in a timely manner.
