My air conditioner quit on a Friday night. Not expecting any response until Monday morning, I went to the website and filled out the text us box. I was very surprised to hear from one of the owners the next morning who sent someone over to check out my unit. Sadly it could not be fixed but I had estimates for a replacement all before 10am on a Saturday. The responsiveness, professionalism and care they have for their customers is unmatched. Highly recommend for all heating and cooling needs. (They replaced my furnace in 2020 and have had no issues with it)

My AC went out after a week of 100 degree plus temperatures, so you know they had their hands full! They were at my house within 3 hours of initial phone call and revived our AC unit in less than an hour. Friendly and fast service, without breaking the bank or trying to push products you don’t need. Looking forward to continued business in the future.

This is a great company! The entire process from getting a quote through installation was great. Everyone, David Westerhouse, the installation technicians and office personnel were professional, friendly and answered my questions. It was extremely hot on the day of the installation and getting the equipment into my basement was not an easy task. The technicians were efficient, friendly and explained what they were doing and kept me informed throughout. The cost was very reasonable for both the AC and furnace. My new AC works great and I would definitely recommend Westerhouse Heating & Cooling!

Westerhouse was recommended to us when we were having a low voltage issue. We couldn’t be happier with their service in our low voltage issue and now also use them for our maintenance services. Aaron and the crew helped me pick and size my geothermal unit during the new house build. They installed the mechanical system professionally. Like all new builds, issues did happen. The air distribution was off for the office, and thermostats were not picking up correct humidity levels.
One phone call away, they showed up in 2 days and fixed the issue and replaced/upgraded the thermostats.

Here is my verdict: had I known them before AB May, I would have hired them right there. Their attention to details and customer services are second to none in this area. You are in good hands.

After numerous problems with my 2 year old HVAC system and not having the issues resolved by the original company that sold me (units bigger than necessary as it turns out) and being treated like garbage whenever I called them out for an issue, I called Westerhouse. I’m SO GLAD I did!! Andrew came out and made all the necessary adjustments that the original company (think cumulus or rain ☁️☁️☁️) didn’t do from the beginning nor fix on the service calls. After he got everything fixed the way it was supposed to have been done in the first place, he explained everything in detail. If ever in doubt about what HVAC company to use, WESTERHOUSE is the way to go!! They are FAIR, HONEST, DECENT and COMPETENT!

I first used Westerhouse last fall for my furnace after HORRIBLE service from Cl☁️☁️d. I don’t know why I’m surprised to discover that Cl☁️☁️d left off parts when installing the oversized unit their salesman SWORE I needed. Nor did they catch their errors when they supposedly service my air conditioner unit. I’m so GRATEFUL to have found Westerhouse, an HONEST and COMPETENT company!!!

Went through a process talking with/interviewing several local HVAC providers to replace both 19 year old AC and Furnace. We chose Westerhouse thanks to a superb recommendation from a close friend, and regional and national reviews/ratings of American Standard products that they feature. System was installed a month ago, (April 2024) in a day with a follow-up the next day for a quick fine-tuning. So far, so good. All personnel we dealt with were friendly and professional. The new system is way quieter than our last. Will update review in the fall when we switch over to heating.

My furnace went out and they came out to assess within a few hours and had a new furnace installed the next business day. Quick, responsive, professional and affordable. Highly recommend!!

The guys at Westerhouse installed a full geothermal system in our new home build in Baldwin City a couple years ago. They have been without a doubt one of the best companies I have worked with. This company does things right, from the initial install all the way through ongoing servicing. They are responsive, professional, and just generally great people to work with. Would add a 6th star if I could.

My previous system was about 16 years old and I was due for a change. Westerhouse came out and evaluated, and we ended up switching to a Mitsubishi ductless system for the entire house. They were able to answer every question that I had, and the install was very quick. Top notch service!

They were professional and prompt to replace my HVAC + hot water heater.. extremely knowledgeable and respectful of my time as well. They explained the options and payment plans available. 100% satisfied & highly recommended.

Chet was the service technician that performed the PM service on our two units. He did an extremely thorough inspection of the units. The unit shown is located in the basement. He drilled holes in the inlet/outlet ducts and the gas exhaust pipe to get correct temperature and exhaust gas readings. I will request him for our spring PM service.
