This company was awesome. I'd had another company give me an estimate that knocked my socks off. My neighbor said to call these guys. They told me the same stuff the other company did without trying to upsell me like they did. The cost of diagnosis and parts PLUS the cost to have the first company come out all combined was less than HALF of what the other company wanted to charge me for repairs! I'll recommend Westerhouse to anyone who asks! Thank you so much! You saved my bank account!

I have an old rheem furnace that that sprung a small leak. I called and was able to get someone to come out the next day. The technician was a nice guy and wasn’t pushy about replacing the old furnace and was determined to figure out how best to resolve the issue. He was able to figure things out, let me pick his brain about furnace troubleshooting, and was just a decent technician unless others I have dealt with. A side note, he came out the very next day to help resolve another small issue that developed. I’d recommend this company and will use them again.

I called four companies for quotes, but Joe from Westerhouse was the only salesperson who thought outside the box with a system no one else proposed. I accepted the proposal on Thursday and our complete system was fully replaced on Monday. The guys were professional, knowledgeable, and personable. For the first time since we’ve owned our home our system is maintaining the set temperature perfectly. I’d recommend this company to everyone! Keep up the good work guys!

Just had Westerhouse install a new furnace and AC unit. The sales process was refreshingly low-pressure — the options were laid out clearly with honest explanations of the tradeoffs, which made it easy to feel confident in my decision.
The installation crew was professional and respectful of my home, and they moved quickly to get everything scheduled and installed. Post install they handled product warranty registration and turned around my utility company efficiency credit paperwork fast once I gave them what they needed.

I phoned 3 masonry places to get a bid a week ago, it was a Saturday when I called them. One texted 2 days later and one Still hasn't phoned back. Jayhawk Masonry texted me within 30 mins. Joseph asked for a pic of my problem area and he sent a bid immediately. The 2 guys were at my house Tuesday ( which was 4 days from the initial contact).
I had a 3 foot area on the edge of my driveway that was crumbling, it butted up to the walkway to my front porch. the walkway is trimmed in brick. The guys cut out the crumbling concrete and added a line of brick to match the edge of my walkway and it looks FANTASTIC ! They returned the very next day and did an acid wash and I'm SO pleased with their work and attitude. Give these young men a call because I feel you'll get some quality work as well as great customer service!
