Third Update (Feb. 2019): The owner of the company contacted me to let me know they've updated their deep cleaning package to six hours and wanted to know if I would give them another chance. I am glad to say that I accepted and am blown away by the difference. I was not asked to update this review at all, but I'm so pleased with the results I want everyone to know that I would recommend the deep cleaning package, although you may not get all that's listed (I guess it's just based on time, or again, maybe my house is extra dirty 🤷🏻♀️). She started with the bathrooms and then the kitchen. I chose blinds for the "extra" (because I hate cleaning them), but I don't think she had enough time to get to them, because they're still dusty. I took off a star for that, because it was part of what was promised. Still, she worked solidly for 6 hours, and my house is about 2,000 sq. ft., So maybe I needed to pay for extra time. The difference between this time and last was that it "feels clean" to me. Second Update (May 2018): This is the part of the review that covers the actual cleaning service. I purchased a deep cleaning package on sale, which covered four hours of cleaning for approx $40/hr. The person who came to clean was very friendly and seemed very capable. She brought her own cleaning supplies but asked what I preferred she use, and specifically what to use on my hardwood floors. Excellent first impression. When I returned several hours later, I found that my house seemed clean, but not “deep cleaned”. Upon further inspection I noticed that while things were cleaned, not everything was cleaned thoroughly. I am not sure if this is because there was not enough time or not enough people cleaning, or if my house was just extra dirty, but I would say that several things were not cleaned up to my standards, and I wasn’t satisfied that this was truly a “deep clean”. I wouldn’t purchase this package again, nor can I recommend it based on my experience. Original Review: I paid for a package and even though I've texted and called I have received no answer. I'm feeling like they're impossible to get ahold of. I will update if I am able to reach them. Update (same day as previous review): I received an email and phone call from the company. It appears that something went wrong with their technology and they have been very responsive in attempting to rectify the situation. I will update again after the service is complete.
I just had Have it Maid do a deep clean on my home and I couldn’t wait to see the job they’d done! WOW! Those girls did an AMAZING job and really knocked it out of the park! We all have “those areas” of our home that don’t always get much attention. I work full time and have a family that is on the go so I definitely had parts that needed work! I can’t explain the ease of mind and reduction of stress I’m feeling right now. And knowing they’ll be back in 2 weeks to do it all over again. I wish I could do it all. But I can’t so thank you, Kim and Have it Maid team!
