Needed to replace an old Bryant electrical box. My research lead me to Service Plus Solutions because of their high service rating. I called and talked to Kimberly and she scheduled an estimate. Arlen drove 40 miles to look over our situation, provide an estimate and left without putting any sales pressure on us to make a decision. His professional demeanor, no pressure sales, ability to articulate what Service Plus would do and the cost breakdown of our project lead us to hire this business. We are very happy that we found them and are pleased with the results and the overall cost. We plan on having them come back to do additional electrical projects and highly recommend Service Plus!

A storm brought down a tree onto my power lines which took down my weather head and meter. I called Steven at Service plus. We had been without power for 3 days. He answered his phone after 7pm, listened to my situation then said he would be at my home between 8-10 the next morning but would call me about 30minutes before to make sure I would still be at home. He called me 30 minutes prior and said he would be here at 9:30 and was at my home at 9:30. He evaluated the problem, set up a plan with us, and told us he could have the job done so our power could be restored the same day and we decided to go ahead with the project. Steven said he would handle the rest and said someone would be out to start a little later. Steven sent out one of his team members Stephen. Stephen called and said he would be at our home by 12:30 and he arrived by 12:30. Stephen worked hard to get the job complete so our power could be restored. (Which was done by 4pm!) They were both very courteous and respectful during the entire job. I would 100% Recommended then to my friends and family. I look forward to working with them in the future.

I've used Service Plus Electrical Solutions 2 times now and have really been pleased with the results. They are extremely knowledgeable and go to great lengths to make sure I completely understand what it is they are doing to take care of the situation at hand. They are always on time and do not have the ridiculous 8 hour window of when to expect them. They are very courteous and professional and do not leave behind a mess to clean up afterwards. Their work has been very high quality and very affordably priced. They price everything up front so there are no surprises when the job is complete. I have recommended them to others and will for sure use them again. :)

Service Plus responded quickly and were able to schedule our work promptly. When I needed to reschedule due to a conflict they were very accommodating. All the work was well done and everything was explained clearly before and after their work. Our house is over 120 years old so we have lots of "interesting" challenges whenever we start a project. We so appreciate their good work.

They did an amazing job explaining all of our options and were extremely prompt in completing the projects! I had a great experience working with Service Plus. Samuel scoped out my estimate and helped provide me with sound advice on how to prioritize the work to fit my budget. Steven and Tyler came out within a week and were very communicative about their work. They also reacted quickly and handled another small concern that wasn’t on the original estimate. They were able to add it to their scope and fit it in on the same trip. I’ll definitely use Service Plus again if I need more work done.

Stephen and I first had interaction over the phone. I explained my situation, and he came over within an hour. From there he thoroughly inspected the issue and found the root cause. We were a unique case, so, it took longer than expected to get the fix done. His courtesy was genuine and if he needed me, he called me by name instead of "sir".

I felt like I was the only customer at the time with is personalized attitude and service. When the job was completed, he explained to me what else could be done in my house and offered to send me an email with details and a quote.

I am very pleased with him and the company as a whole. I would definitely recommend Service Plus to my peers and let them experience the same service I had. Thank you for your prompt response and compassion toward us.

Excellent job finding the issue - very thorough. Turns out we had a fuse panel I didn't know about and the service tech was able to locate that and fix the issue in under an hour time. Very happy with the service. Will definitely be a return customer if we need other work.

Had them install a 220 breaker box outside for our hottub and a 110 outlet as well.
Arrived on time and worked steadily all day until job was completed. Friendly and personable and cleaned up all messes at the end of the day.
Would recommend them for your residential needs.

Fantastic service! Stephen installed outdoor electric as well as security lighting/cameras. He was thorough in explaining what needed done and what it would cost before starting the project. He accomplished the job quickly and was very knowledgeable. He stayed to be sure the setup of the security system was complete and that everything was working correctly. Ask for Stephen when you call for service!

The crew at Service Plus is always honest, quick, professional, and clean up after themselves. They came out the same day we called with the issue, got a bid and scheduled the full repair. They did what they could to keep us running until they had time to do the correct repair. They are trustworthy and I know I never have to worry about their quality of work. They also don't mind my needy pets. Highly recommend.

Arlynn took his time, thoroughly reviewing our electrical systems to ensure he caught any issues! Was very patient with our pets and kids. Explained everything and answered any questions I had. As an added bonus, the safety survey is done on donation basis to help out those with needs that don't have the means to address them. Highly recommend these guys!

We had Service Plus out to run some new 220 lines for an RV and a hot tub as well as 110 lines for under deck ceiling fans and plugs. They did an outstanding job and were very easy to work with. While here, they identified an issue with our septic tank lift pump and provided a temporary work around at no additional charge until we could get it fixed right. They really went above and beyond. Highly recommended.

The electrician who came out did above and beyond with making sure my smoke detector worked while also checking to ensure everything else was working in tip top shape.
