Julian has done numerous jobs for me, from small to complete remodels. He is easy to work with and responsive to your needs. Best of all he keeps you up to date as to how the project is going and if he runs into any problems due to unforeseen issues. I have recommended him to others and have gotten thanks back from the individuals that he worked for. He is my number one construction guy.

I cannot say enough good things about Julian and his team. Over the years I have had many terrible experiences with contractors to the point that I thought I could diy everything. Poor previous work, unfinished diy projects, and every day wear and tear left me with a quite a mess. Julian and his team came in and accomplished new flooring, replacement doors, new gutters, cabinetry work and updated electrical in a week's time. His team was on-time, efficient and took pride in the job they were doing. I am so appreciative and I look forward to hiring Julian for future projects!

Julian is the man! If you don't read the rest of this - just know your search for a contractor is over. If he has time (because contractors like Julian don't go without work) this will be the best decision you've made in the entire project.

Julian helped me and my girlfriend renovate our first home. It was a $120k home and we put $75k into it. We knew absolutely nothing, were scared, and needed someone to lean on. We were so lucky to have found Julian. He was patient, communicative, descriptive, understanding, knowledgable, and creative. Him and his team did amazing work from start to finish. During the project, when problems arose, Julian quickly and simply explained to me what was going on and gave me options on moving forward.

I know a project isn't going to go perfect, but never once did I feel Julian was misleading me or playing me for a fool. He went above and beyond, not just in terms of quality of their work, but to ensure I was pleased with where we were at and how things were going.

Ok - now here's the best part. We did A LOT of work - this house was barely livable when we started and afterwards it's one of the most promising on the block (we still have a bit of planned work to do). He and his guys got it all done in just 3.5 months. Julian doesn't mess around!

They put in a new water heater and did some lead testing and cleaned up lead. The company was so professional and communication was a key factor between owner and client. I use Core 1 for plumbing 4 pedicures chairs and 3 sink installation. They work in the evening to keep the noise level down during the day. The guys left my area clean and everything in place when they were done. Also, I received a 1 year warranty for their work. Very impressed with the quality of work performed.

1. Job was about a year ago. We had a pretty long “wish list” of repairs and installs. All jobs were done very well and to our satisfaction. Everyone was professional and did great work. We’re very happy with 1Core Construction and would use them again without hesitation. And recommend you to use them too for any work you need done. 2. Early spring 2022 was a job changing a wood 10x10 deck to a 10x12 composite deck. 3. About June of 2022 repairing the wood frame around the garage doors. 4. End of July 2022 bathroom remodel. And I love it. Everyone that has come to see it is really impressed and jealous. Julian is great to work with. Makes great suggestions and listen’s to what you want done. I will definitely be giving him more business. And a neighbor asked for his contact info.

I have hired Julian for many renovations projects... most of them had huge structural challenges involved, such as rebuilding the inside of a burnt-out brick house, and rebuilding the exterior of old commercial buildings. Every time he came through and we pulled off some really beautiful renovations. I especially appreciate his ability to "roll with the punches" found in difficult renovation projects, his ability to work within a budget, and flexibility in the reuse of materials and to problem solve.
