unfinished, holes in shower floor Grout. Sheet rock around light switch is so uneven the switch cover won't lay flat. I have to pay a sheet rocker to fix it. The sink newly I stalled leaked rite off. They promised to come back and fix the leak. That was 3 weeks ago. The back splash never got installed and it was all payed in full. You know what they say , pay the contractor and they never come back. That's what's happened so far.

As far as repairing wood rot and exterior painting, they are overpriced and under serviced.

Caesars guys did a great job and finished sooner than expected. He explained well what his process would entail, followed up afterwards to ensure he met expectations.

Santos Flooring was a true blessing for my wife and I. Not only were they fair in the pricing , the job was done very professionally. We are creating our retirement home and needed a zero clearance for wheelchair access. They created a masterpiece. I wanted to say something that I have not seen in the other reviews. They use a laser device to ensure proper alignment which I'm sure help our giant shower to be perfectly straight. The whole team was great.

We used Santos Flooring to replace our kitchen backsplash and tile around both fireplaces. I was nervous for the pieces we picked out but I am so in love with how it turned out! We had designed the shower of our dreams in our brand new home, but the original tile install (NOT Santos) created a nightmare. It was such poor quality we had to have it completely removed and redone. Luckily for us, Cesar and Santos flooring were selected for the redo. He installed our 1'x2' ceramic tile so expertly that we were able to achieve results well beyond our expectations. He was courteous, understood our concerns, and worked hard to meet all our goals. Santo’s flooring was paid to install tile on my upstairs floors and in two bathrooms. What we were not told was that all of our work would be subcontracted out to other companies. None of the work was done correctly the first time. Tiles were popping off the floors. The workers that came to our home were different every day and rude. We caught one subcontractor taking waterproofing material out of our basement, it was for a different part of the house that Santos was not paid to work on, and used it on the bathrooms that Santos was hired to tile. The itemized bid included cost and labor for waterproofing material so they stole from us.
On the last day of the contract no one showed up to our home. Santos was phoned and when asked where were the workers he replied that no one was coming. When we reminded him that the job was supposed to finished today, he said that he did not know when someone would be back to our house.
We informed him that since he knew the job was supposed to be finished today and they did not show we considered this as abandonment and stopped work knowing that the floor still needed to be fixed and bathroom niches were not done (deposits were not returned for the unfinished work).

Santos Flooring has completed a couple of jobs at my home. Cesar and his team are always prompt, professional and provide great work. I'm pleased with the work performed and will continue to use Santos Flooring for my projects.

I hired Santos Flooring to fix a leak in our shower. We had cracks in our grout and it was very old. He ended up re grouting all shower walls and floor. Overall that project went smooth and looked great. A few days later we still had the leak. Cesar was able to come back and find the leak. He fixed our shower valve and was able to stop any more leaks. Thanks for making sure the job finished 100%.

Cesar came out and gave me a fair bid on some projects. They do way for than floors! José came out and fixed my front door, put in two exhaust fans, and put in two ceiling fans. He was so quiet I often forgot he was here. He cleans up after himself very well too! We will have them back when we are ready to tackle other projects.

From the beginning when I calked him to express the issue with my bathroom we set up a appointment so he can come see it and he probade me with 2 options.
We started with the first option ans we ended up moving to the second one once we discovered the extended of the issue.

we called Cesar about doing floor tile work. I sent a text picture to Cesar showing him what needed to be done and then came to our home so he could see the project. He told us he would be at our home at and be done in 3-4 hours and he was. the project was done beautifully and cleaned up and ready for Thanksgiving. Santos Flooring did a wonderful remodel in some areas of our home.
The primary bathroom shower of our recently purchased home was a disaster. Cesar and his crew, including the expert tile work from the senior Mr. Santos, created a beautiful renovation for us. They fixed unseen problems, cleaned up well and were extremely polite and professional. Cesar helped us make tile and design choices which we love.
They also put in a beautiful tile backsplash in the kitchen. We can't say enough about this great company.

Cesar Santos and his company did a terrible job in my house. Damaged tiles, messy work, damage to the shower and floor. I received no response or solution. Don't waste your money working with them.
