I engaged with Santos Flooring to replace/upgrade bathroom fixtures and other minor home updates. Cesar communicated well and was responsive at first. They did the bare minimum regarding the agreed upon work. I had to make sure they used all the new parts when installing a new toilet and garbage disposal. The garbage disposal was installed incorrectly causing my dishwasher to not drain fully and leaking on my floors. Another team fixed that for me.

My bathroom marble floors were scratched up from the work. The bathroom tub was also scratched by the team putting equipment in it. They did not attach the sink to the vanity.

Shortly after completion, Cesar said he would be out "Wednesday" to address my concerns. That was April 1 and he has been unresponsive to numerous texts and a couple calls, even after I shared I would be writing a candid review.

Cesar and his team went above and beyond. We wanted to redo our flooring from vinyl/carpet to wood like porcelain tiles. They got it done in 6 days and made sure everything was perfect. They even moved our furniture for us. We highly recommend them for any flooring needs!

They completed the work very quickly and are able to do all of the different renovations we needed. Their team was very nice as well.

The project site was cleaned daily and they even provided a professional cleaning service after the project was finished.

We used Santos Flooring on our master bathroom remodel. We love the heated floors, and curb-less walk in shower. We used a high contrast grout color so if a tile was off at all it would show up. They were meticulous with the tile layout and it shows... it’s perfect. They were on time, polite, and made sure to cleanup the job site before leaving each day.

I recently had a composite deck with aluminum railings built by Sunshine Deck. The owner, Jerrid, along with his son David, provided excellent craftsmanship while completing the project in a timely manner .
I’m thrilled with the design that Jerrid came up with for my deck . He recommended a border which gave my deck a WOW factor making it look like one of a kind . The creative design completely spruced up the look of my backyard. The only thing missing is my Mountain View !

Jerrid with Sunshine Deck built a new set of stairs to our 2nd level deck.
We asked several contractors for bids and decided to contract Jerrid to do the job because he submitted the most detailed plan to rebuild our stairs and to add additional support. He was extremely responsive to all of our questions and when we asked if he could do anything about redesigning our stairs so that they weren't so steep, Jerrid immediately said, "No problem! Plus his bid to do the job was an extremely fair price for all of the things that he did. In the 12 years that we've lived in this house, we've had numerous contractors for different jobs and we can honestly say that Jerrid is one of the best that we've worked with to date. He is extremely professional and obviously takes pride in his workmanship. He sets a high standard for himself and the results are exceptional. We absolutely love our new stairs! The angle is so much better for our older dog to go down and they were built to last at least another 20 years! My husband and I highly recommend Jerrid!

Our deck flooring became very uneven over the summer months, so we called Jerrid to see what was causing the problem. Jerrid had recently completed a major porch and deck flooring project for some friends, and they highly recommended him. He quickly determined what the problem was, clearly explained what needed to be done, and then provided us with an estimate the next day. His bid defined the scope of work he would provide in detail and the related costs. Once we accepted his bid, Jerrid and his son, David, did a beautiful job replacing our deck flooring and the complete support structure under it. After he finished, Jerrid then replaced all our deck furniture, reinstalled our gas grill, and totally cleaned up the work site. He is a knowledgeable professional who keeps his clients well informed and does great work at a reasonable price.

We had Sunshine Deck …owner Jerrid and his team remodel, put in in new supports, and tear out the old railings and replace them with gorgeous powder coated aluminum railings on our deck and we could not be happier.
