Jericho did an excellent job with our kitchen remodel. Mike was always on time and respectful of our home. He is a master at his trade! Jim was easy to reach and checked in often to ensure the speedy, remodel was going as expected. Jericho also immediately replaced a drawer face and cabinet door that was imperfect and we kept noticing after completion. It was a hassle-free, quick process. We are thrilled with our new kitchen!

I’m a small contractor and Lance from Jericho was amazingly helpful in getting me past a schedule problem with a couple of countertops. His team had the job done in a fraction of the timeframe others quoted at a very reasonable cost. I look forward to my next project with them.

A phenomenal company with amazing employees doing very high quality work! We came to Jericho for our master bath full remodel after having another contractor do a smaller bath. The difference in employee and work quality was immense between the two companies. From our first sales contact with a Jericho designer we knew we had found a company we could fully trust with our home. Once we signed our contract and met our Project Manager Jim, the experience got even better. He was friendly, talented and dedicated to meeting our every need. Jim introduced us to Adam, the most talented installer we had ever met. Adam is truly an artist. He was in our home nearly every day throughout the several weeks of our project and quickly became an honorary, temporary family member. Adam gave us a truly beautiful master bath. Another area where Jericho really excelled was in the depth of their talent pool. Jim and Adam worked closely with a number of people back in their main shop on the aspects of our job that couldn’t be fabricated in our home. That group did the highest quality work as well. We couldn’t be happier with our completed master bath! We highly recommend Jericho to anyone needing kitchen or bath remodel.

We just finished getting a complete, new tiled shower replacing our 60 year old one. Preston was our Project Manager and Alex was the one man Army.

Preston was technically and professionally proficient during the entire time of the remolding. He ensured that all measurements were double checked for accuracy, the bill of materials was correct with nothing missing or requiring replacement. He was in constant communication with us during the entire project.

Alex was one for the record books. We were expecting a team of craftsman for the project, and we got one, Alex! From day one, he ensured that furniture, floors were protected, He closed in the work are with plastic to cut the dust from the demolition. At the end of the day, everything was cleaned up, put away, ready to go for the next day. Once he was ready to lay tile, he laid it out first to make sure it was the way we wanted it, once we approved t, only then did he put it up.

We he was finished with the remodel, everything was cleaned up, removed, vacuumed and only then did he call us in to go over everything to ensure our understanding of our new shower.

He and Preston were in daily contact with each other on the progress.

A few days after Lex was finished, Preston came by for his final inspection before going over the final details and finally our acceptance of the new shower.

During the entire project, Preston and Alex were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with their suggestions. That’s exactly what we expected and were thankful for.

Great experience. Shawn Ireland is an excellent installer and an amazing person. He arrived on time, cleaned up after himself, is professional, kind, and does high quality work. Preston kept me informed of the progress and unexpected changes. Cost was much higher than I prefer, but they were able to meet our expedited timeline and stuck to the original quote.

We had Jericho do a kitchen refresh at our house. The design, demo, installation and finishing touches went smoothly. The team we worked with-- Zach, Tom, Josh, Samuel, Eric, Evan and Lance--were all great! Great communication and follow-up and attention to detail. We are very happy with the results.

Jericho Home Improvements recently renovated our master bathroom. The whole team did an excellent job. They were: Zac (sales and design), BJ (project manager), Shawn (installer), Josh (granite), Matt and Terry (cabinet finishing), and Ryan (of Olathe Glass). Sorry if I missed anyone. For reference, we have experience with contractors elsewhere during an extensive five year whole house renovation, so we feel confident to judge.

A portion of one stall of our three car garage was used for staging materials, and debris was hauled away each day, without the need for a dumpster on the driveway. There were no worries about security, and minimal disruption to our daily routine.

In particular, Shawn Ireland, the installer on our project, was outstanding. We stayed in the house during construction. Each morning, he reviewed the plan for the day, communicated about any unforeseen problems as they arose, and advised as to possible solutions, including the most practical and cost efficient. He was accessible at all times for questions, and always had a reasonable and definitive answer. He checked to make sure it was an appropriate time to interrupt the water supply, and advised when it would be particularly noisy, or when there would be fumes from adhesives and paint. At the end of each day, after he tidied the job site, he showed us the progress, and communicated intentions for the next day. He was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, clearly very experienced, and very thorough.

It is also worth noting that Jericho personnel coordinated with a separate company of exterior house painters, working during the same time, so that everything proceeded in a smooth and efficient manner.

We needed a much safer and up to date shower in a tiny master bathroom. We met with Zachary, and then project manager Preston, for ideas. They were friendly, honest, and so professional. Zac told us from moment one, Jericho is not the least expensive remodeling company, but that they are the best and that we wouldn’t be disappointed. We decided to move forward with the update. We met Zac to pick out our materials and then met our installer, Gary, who was excellent. He communicated, kept us up to date on the status, was prompt and professional, neat and organized, and his work was exceptional. He cleaned up daily, and as promised by he and Preston, completion occurred right on time. From start to finish, this was a seamless, smooth, and stress free process. We are more than happy with the service we received, the design, the materials used, and the precision of the install. We were interested in remodeling our Master Bathroom which included replacing our shower entirely as well as replacing our tile flooring with an upgraded surface material and refreshing color change. We chose Jericho Home Improvements for our remodeling project and we were extremely pleased with the Jericho personnel involved from beginning to end. Mega kudos go to Jaysen who was assigned as the laborer of our project. He was extremely hard working…After morning greetings upon his arrival on the job and until daily work segments were completed, he stayed on task going about his business without interruption. Jaysen communicated daily explaining the work he was going to do…gave a summary of the daily work he completed…and revealed his intended tasks for the following day. He proved to us that he was not simply a laborer, but a skilled craftsman with a keen attention to detail. Jaysen made it clear in his words and actions that he was a perfectionist interested in doing quality work with an end goal of customer satisfaction. We had new flooring installed by Jericho and couldn't be more pleased. Our 2 installers Eric and Lee could not have been more professional. We’d been searching for a few years for a company to remodel our kitchen. Jericho was the most knowledgeable and professional team we spoke with. BJ our project manager and Lee our installer came in with their professionalism and construction knowledge and gave us the kitchen we’d been waiting for.

I found Handyman USA in a little flyer called the TheHome Mag that comes in our mail. David and his team remodel 3 bathrooms for me using onyx. They did a wonderful job on all 3 bathrooms. I got three estimates on the project. David had the most experience and knowledge about installing onyx. If something isn’t right or not what you want David will fix it. I highly recommend David and his team at Handyman USA.

Dave and the crew have completed multiple projects for us-from bathroom remodel to updating an old wet bar, to removing popcorn ceilings throughout the house. Work is always completed professionally and timely, and in addition, they bring ideas to the table to improve design. I would recommend them for any project.

Dave and his guys were wonderful to have in the house. We replaced a clean, solid ceramic tile shower and floor, with the Onyx. I had already had the grout worked on one time, and I was concerned that it would leak at some point and I have a finished basement under it. We also at that time decided to add decorative handicapped shower bars and new shower heads.

I felt like Dave had my best interests in mind as we planned the changes.
I felt like my ideas were listened to, and carried out.
They were careful about the rest of the bathroom, as well, as they worked. Like any project, part way through there were changes that we added. Dave was very helpful in making decisions and being willing to do the extra work. (We added a shower head on a separate wall that was to be tied into the bathtub plumbing) Of course they found things in the wall, that needed to be addressed -- the vent pipe was going directly up the wall where I wanted to put an inset shower shelf . They were able to re- route the vent quickly and perfectly. They installed the onyx so perfectly that it didn't disturb the original woodwork on the outside of the shower door. We had the door replaced with solid trim-less glass, which was subcontracted. They know where they are VERY good and that is what they do.
Dave and his guys were wonderful to have on site, and I would hire them again to do any kind of kitchen or bath construction.
