We highly recommend Handyman USA to complete any bathroom project. They were extremely efficient and professional with our bathroom remodel. It was a complex remodel that included adding and removing walls, relocating all plumbing and most of the electrical. It’s our dream bathroom! Thank you!

Driver of your companies van #261 is parked across 4 parking spaces at Price Chopper. Maybe train your drivers better if they are gonna be driving a company truck.

I had a tech come out for a service call when my AC went down. He was polite, courteous and professional Took him less than an hour and I could tell he knew what he was doing. It is refreshing to have a great service call.

Our HVAC went out on a weekend. We called Design Mechanical, and in 10 minutes, they had a person onsite. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He worked in 100-degree heat on our roof to fix the issue and even performed some maintenance. We weren't a DM client, but we are from here on out. THANK YOU!!!!!

The folks out at Design Mechanical have always done a great job getting us cooled down and warmed up! The two technicians I have worked with have been attentive, helpful and timely. Every quote I have ever requested has come back on par every time. Notice I said "on par". Design isn't always "The Cheapest". But for the level of service I have received I feel they are a Phenomenal Value.

I’ve never felt so nickled and dimed by a company in my entire life. They like to keep their estimates vague, so really try to get a genuine quote before they do any work. I was given an estimate that I said was far too high for what was needed to be done at my condo. The salesman came back and assured me that’s an estimate for a “worst case scenario” where they ran into problems and it was a day long job and it could cost around $1,100-1,200.
When I finally received my bill (almost 3 weeks after the work was done), I was a bit surprised to see my bill come in around $1,200. The service man was done with his work around 11:30 am. He only had to replace a corroded and leaking valve and had no issues so how was it so much?
Well they charged me for 6 hours of work. You see, this company charges you as soon as the worker gets in his vehicle. Then the worker picks up the parts all while on the clock. So I spent around $200 for a person to show up to the job site before anything had been done. On top of that, there’s a truck fee of +$50, parts cost me nearly $200 (for a new valve and fittings?), and $28 for a box of rags they used to soak up water. Not sure where those rags I bought went? Had that been explained to me beforehand, I would have happily went and bought the parts in advance to save myself the up charge for parts and the lawyer-like travel fee.
They also tried charging me 1.5 hours for a person who showed up a few days earlier, unprepared, that told me he wasn’t normally the person to handle my type of job and wouldn’t be able to do anything that day. I even got confirmation from him that I would not be charged that day, but they tried anyway. The one item they decided to refund me for on my ridiculous invoice.
So, if you want to use a company that will keep their fees vague beforehand, then try and find anything they can to charge you for so you end up paying more then double what a reasonable repair fee should be, this is your place! -
The drivers constantly park at our property on 1044 Main Street. Finally after this happening and us warning them, and having tow signs up we authorized a towing company to tow the truck. The driver got in his truck, drove off the towing truck and drove into our wall. The driver of this truck knows better and he just made a bad decision and turned it into a worse decision.

Whoever was driving the work van at around 8:55pm on NW prairie view rd almost crashed into my car and ran me off of the road. They could not continue in the lane they were in because of snow so they just went into mine with no care or warning. Thank you for almost causing me injury and totaling my car. Took a picture of the back of the van afterwards. Whoever was driving is a dangerous and careless driver.

This is not about their performance but more about their drivers. I was driving east on I-70 on Thursday, 3/21 around 8pm and one of the trucks was swerving, going 90, tailgating people with only about 2 feet between the cars. Looked into my rear view mirror and couldn't see anything else but the front of the truck and the lights. There was plenty of room for him to pass me as well. Absolutely terrifying and extremely dangerous.
Just because of this, I would NOT recommend them to anyone. I have too many people who I care about on the roads and wouldn't want anyone to get hurt or worse. -
Had one of their drivers cut me off and force me to come to a complete stop at 75th and main after they decided to change lanes just before the intersection. We were able to brake in time, but I had my kid in the car. Looking at their website, I’m thrilled for their success but I wish they cared about driver safety.

Had a 3 inch steel HVAC pipe break. Design, Mechanical responded after hours replacing a large section of broken pipe fast and effective. Can you ask for anything better during an emergency. The pipe broke at 5:30. I was able to turn AC back on too over 200 units in the same day.Thank you

We used these guys for our commercial rooftop units maintenance and repairs for years. Good work and responsive when we needed them. Recently we had one of the RTUs go down, and when they came out there was some confusion and they diagnosed problems on the down unit AND a second unit for some reason. According to the field tech, both units were shot and they recommended replacement or repairs that would be close to the price of new units. I had another company out to look at the situation and they pronounced the diagnosis of the problem unit correct (it was down one of the two compressors, and it was limping along, DesMech had got it running). The second unit they "diagnosed" was just fine and running well in specs, no need to replace it and no problems at all. Something super sketchy happened here, and I do not trust these guys any longer. I'm not sure if I was getting scammed or had a bad field tech, but it sure seems fishy to me. Caveat Emptor.

Usually seem pretty good but today acting idiots. If this is how they handle the simple task imagine what they do in the backroom when no one is watching?!?
Two vans parked sideways across three parking spaces. They not only block the spaces but also are out in the 'aisle' making an already crowded driveway more difficult to navigate. They have been parked this way for over 4 hours so it wasn't just for a quick emergency fix. -
Billy from design takes care of us. No matter what the job is. He comes out. Quotes the job and gets it done. We had an emergency situation the other day. Billy and Ben showed up and got us taken care of. The technicians showed up and have every day conversation. I'd recommend. Thank Billy for taking care of ku
