My solar installer went out of business so I had to find an electrician experienced with solar. Which is very difficult in my town. I felt really upstream without a paddle until one of my contacts referred me to Mark. Once Mark got involved it was like night and day. He made the entire process soo much easier! Mark was very professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. I was never out of the loop and felt like I could really rely on him. I would refer him to anyone I know and plan on using him for anything electrical/solar in the future!

At first I was not sure what to expect. I had looked into solar in the past but never could make sense of the numbers. Josh was able to break it down into a simple process, and presented a plan where I would actually own the system (for thousands less than my last qoute). he was professional, courteous, and delivered exactly what he said he would. Had a stellar overall experience! I wish my other contractors were this good!

Spoke with Josh after getting home from a long day of work. I typically grow very irritated with salesman who show up on my doorstep but from the moment he spoke to me, it felt different, refreshing, and he displayed the utmost professionalism in explaining to me the layout of Solar and what it truly does to benefit me, not necessarily in the immediate future (this year) but more so over the next couple decades. I’ll be saving $120k over that span because of Josh!! He rocks!!!

Independent energy gave me and my wife an amazing quote on solar for our home. We spoke with Josh and he was very customer focused kind and respectful. You could genuinely tell he was there to do what’s best for us. We didn’t end up closing due to unexpected crisis, but when we are ready definitely going to be getting solar with Josh.

Workers without feelings, without respect for truck drivers, they sit, talk, eat, do whatever, but they don't do their original job. In short, a waste of time.

Getting answers on basic pricing seems to be a hassle. They said "were working on that" and never hear back even after multiple follow up calls they either never call back or dont answer the phone at all. i will change my review if these issues get resolved.

The Midwest locations are lacking.. the Miami Florida location is far superior on customer service. I’m not sure how the Midwest sells anything like this.

Lloyd is expert at handling the narrow driveway in a big truck, and setting our delivery down gently, right where we wanted it. Two thumbs up!
