Extremely poor customer service. For a company of wire they don't seem to understand their work is also outside. Most delivery drivers are given instructions in backing and to wait for the paperwork. After more than hour they claimed they tried to get my attention, which I never saw. I had to go get the BOL just to be met with hostility. Driver's make sure you ask them because you may end up like me.

Called to provide the PO 3 days later ( 1 hour after we are awarded the project) and the response was "we can't build control panels anymore!"

Cost for others as well as liquidated damages is just under $17,000.00 more than they quoted

I updated from a 100 amp service to a 200 amp service. Now I can use my welders and air compressors. Also I can expand to a new garage from this service. Awesome job. I will probably never use anyone else. He sold me on his service by being very responsive. The job is very neat and clean. I feel like I got my money's worth. Extremely satisfied. I've already had a 2nd job done. I can't emphasize enough about the quality of the work and the customer service. Absolutely outstanding! I'm now on my 3rd or 4th job with CL Electric. This time he wired me up for a generator. As always great work.
