We had our kitchen refinished and have been very happy with the results. The quality of the work was top notch, the professionalism of all those who worked on our kitchen was great. Definitely recommend Jericho for home remodeling.

We had 2 bathrooms remodeled due to a plumbing repair that did not go as planned. One bath was converted to a walk-in shower and the second had a tub removed and replaced. While we did provide light fixtures, toilets and tub, the remainder was included in the initial installation costs. There was major repair work required to complete the remodeling safely and they did a very nice job. Everyone who was involved with the project was friendly and professional. Craftsmen were on time and did beautiful work. Due to the extensive repairs required, the cost was higher but we now have functioning, safe and attractive bathrooms. We are very glad we called Jericho.

We had Jericho Home Imprivement do a kitchen refresh for our older kitchen. We had beautiful quartzite countertop, apron front sink, marble backsplash and luxury vinal floor put in. While we knew what we wanted to update the two Zacks assisted us in our decisions regarding material. Our installer Donald McCune was incredible. He was professional, charming and efficient. We are very happy with his work and our bright updated kitchen is great.

We love our kitchen renovation Jericho did. The workmanship was excellent! Our technician, Ismar Osmanovic, was fantastic! He worked long hours and did excellent work. We are beyond pleased!

In April 2022, Jericho completely remodeled the master bath in our 40+ year old home. Now, three years later I wanted to report that I am grateful daily for the enduring quality of that project which included the shower, sink and vanity, toilet, walls and fixtures, plumbing and painting. It was a turn key job, completed in the time frame promised and for the price quoted. Each person from Jericho who was involved was respectful of our home, courteous, skilled and professional. Thank you, each one.

After years of dreaming about getting the kitchen we always wanted, we finally decided to have Jericho make it a reality for us. The whole process, from the first meeting to the final walk through, was such an enjoyable experience!

I had heard horror stories about renovations from people who had used different companies and wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. But Jericho came in and outlined the whole process and then lived up to exactly what was promised! Phenomenal work, excellent communication, and exceptional customer care…….all in all, an enjoyable process that has left us with a gorgeous kitchen and a sincere admiration for the integrity this company shows.

The quality of the work done overall exceeded our expectations. Jericho provides great professionals to work with throughout the entire project. The customer service, responsiveness, and professionalism went above and beyond. Everyone we encountered did what they said they were going to do, when and how they said they were going to do it. Each person that was involved in our remodel did an exceptional job of responding to our calls and answering any questions that we had. The main installer, Jim, was exceptionally kind and most respectful. He expressed care and concern in his job and went beyond the highest expectations. We were very hesitant to start this project, due to previous bad experiences with subcontractors, but we are so glad we went with Jericho. I would recommend Jericho to anyone who is in the market for home improvement.

Had a small bathroom renovated by this company. Our installer Greg did an amazing job! The whole room is perfect. He was kind and respectful. Cleaned up after himself every day. If he had concerns or needed to do something a little different he always let us know. Would definitely recommend Jericho and Greg to do home renovations.

We completely remodeled our kitchen. New center isle with storage, faucet, sink, disposal. Complete new slate flooring to match new center isle.The work was started on time and finished in a timely manner. They completed plumbing upgrade in basement connecting everything. This was unexpected but Jericho thought the upgrade was needed to insure trouble free kitchen. There was no additional charge for work from original contract. We reported a needed repair for faulty disposal a week later. they responded immediately fixed at no charge. That was a year ago, no other problems, very happy with new kitchen

In 2024, we had Jericho do some home remodeling. The scope of the work was new countertop, backsplash, kitchen sink and new vinyl plank flooring for the kitchen. The same flooring was extended into the entry hall, hallway and bathroom. We had a tub/shower converted to a walk-in shower. We also had a settling crack repaired. The work was fantastic. The designer was great to work with. Alex, our project manager did a wonderful job and was very professional. I would highly recommend Jericho.

We embarked on a major kitchen remodel and working with Jericho from start to finish was a pleasure. From Bill the designer, Preston who drew the plans and custom made floating shelves, Justin the project manager, the paint refinishing guys, the quartz installers, to the two master installers Mike and Dan. There were glitches along the way, which is normal for a job this size, but Justin and team went above and beyond to sort it out quickly and with the least inconvenience to us. They listened to what we wanted (I am a bit eccentric in my tastes) and worked with us to bring my vision to life and to stay in budget. All this took place during Covid and everybody was very cognisant of it, wearing masks and distancing as much as possible. They were also able to schedule the job in such a way that most of the gut work took place during a two week period when we were not at home. This really helped with the inconvenience of not having a working kitchen for the duration of the remodel. I will get Jericho again to do any kind of remodelling!

Jericho recently updated our master bathroom. Were there issues, of course but what made us happy was all the issues were addressed which is the sign of a great company. Adam,the amazing young craftsmen, Jim, our project manager and everyone we had contact with were great. Special shout to the plumbing experts.

We hired Jericho for our kitchen remodel. We kept our granite, but had cabinets painted, new backsplash, new lights, new hardware, and under-cabinet lighting. The craftsmanship is excellent. The crew was always careful to clean up at the end of each day, which I appreciated. The crew was also courteous and I felt comfortable having them in my home, which is important to me as a woman who is often home alone. There was a delay, which was my fault, as I changed my tile choice at the last minute and had to re-order everything, but I desperately wanted the green tile. They are more expensive than some of the other companies we considered, but we have learned the hard way that if you buy cheap, you buy twice.

I love my new kitchen! It's totally different than what was here before! Much more light. I also had the bathroom totally redone. Duane is my installer. I really like him. He worked so hard and did a super job for me. He is a joy to have around! Everyone has been so nice to deal with. Any problems were addressed and tended to.

We were so happy that Jericho was willing to refinish our oak kitchen cabinets. The project was done quickly and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. We also had some work done in our bathrooms and are very happy with that. I would highly recommend Jericho. The craftsman were professional, we get compliments all the time about how beautiful our kitchen looks.

We were extremely happy with everyone from Jericho! They gave us a projected timeline and stuck to it! Our salesmen, Chad and Zac, were thorough and prompt. Our project manager, BJ, was meticulous and kept us updated. Our installer, Donald, was timely and efficient. The quartzite team (Lance, Josh and Sam) paid attention to detail. The wood finishers, Terry and Aaron, were precise and detail-oriented. All of these men were friendly, hard workers who we were pleased to have work on our project! I would not hesitate to use them again! Thanks to all!!!

We are very happy with the job that was done to remodel our bathroom. The installer Lee was a pro and he he was very professional. He went over every day what he planned to do and followed through. Our PM Preston followed the project along and was a great help. I highly recommend their services.

I had both of my bathrooms redone and am very pleased with the results. It was relatively fast. Everyone I met in the company was great. Again, very happy with the results!

Our service man, Gary did an outstanding job Renovating two bathrooms in our home.! His attention to detail and expertise in the field of bathroom. renovations was amazing! He answered any questions or concerns we might have had in a knowledgeable manner. No question was too difficult for him to answer and any question we asked was always answered in a professional manner. He made this experience Less stressful than I thought it was going to be .
