We had a 5 star experience with Jericho.
Eric, the installer; Tom, the Project Manager; Heather, the designer / sales and Aaron who stripped, sanded and stained my kitchen cabinet doors and drawers. New kitchen and bathroom flooring. Our 30 year old home finally got some love.

We are enjoying the new sink, new faucet, Countertop and refreshed look.
Love the bathroom blue flooring and grout Heather helped me pick out. Needed new toilets and got them. White painting job is great. The attention to detail is greatly appreciated. I would recommend Jericho and this team.

Jericho handled a partial kitchen remodel for us. They installed granite countertops, tile backsplash, a new sink, sink hardware, and ran undercabinet strip LED lighting. In addition, they took my drawings and created a custom granite island, and they placed a granite top on an old desk to help us convert it to a coffee bar. Our PM Preston and tile technician Dan were both excellent, and so was the follow-up from Casey. Wonderful experience. Highly recommend Jericho.

I am extremely happy with the master bath remodel that Jericho just completed in my home. The attention to detail, quality materials, and excellent communication made this project turn out better than I could have hoped.

I had been staring at the many things that I didn't like about my old bathroom for 2.5 years after moving in, but I knew that the amount of tile work and plumbing necessary was going to be beyond my DIY capabilities. I was pointed in the direction of Jericho, and I reached out to get a quote. On the first visit, measurements were taken and some preliminary numbers were provided. The sticker shock was a lot to wrap my head around that night, but the value on the final product made up for it and more.

The crew that performed the installation of the new tile on the floor, tub surround, and shower, and vanity were phenomenal. They showed up promptly at 8am and worked diligently throughout the day, and they kept the non-project areas of the house clean. There was significant progress at the end of each day. The precision cuts, clean lines, and tight edges are not something I could have had enough time to complete, and these guys knocked it out in no time flat. The crew and project managers were excellent throughout the project at providing dates for key milestones and consistently providing communication.

I ended up with the exact color scheme that I wanted, a vanity configuration that makes the most sense for me, and a shower that I spend as much time admiring as I do using! The value of this project to me is enormous, and I am confident it will also carry a great ROI if/when I decide to move homes in the future.

Jericho was fantastic from start to finish!!! I had them take out my old bathtub, move my water knobs from the right wall to the left wall so I could reach them easier, install walk in shower, 2 shower heads with slider bar and a beautiful wooden seat.

Nick my designer made my decisions easy. He helped me pick out the right color, faucets, knobs, shelves etc. He knew what I needed, he didn't over explain and he even ordered the glass doors for me. Derick my project manager went above and beyond what I expected. He spoke with my installer without me being present so when Brandon came over everything was already planned out. It made my life so easy! Brandon, my installer, was polite, well dressed and very considerate of my home and my dogs. He didn't blare his music, he told me when he was going to make a lot of noise and he cleaned up his mess every night before leaving. I felt comfortable leaving Brandon in my home while I ran short errands. I will definitely be having Jericho do more work to my home in the near future.

We have had a great experience with Jericho in the last month and having a brand new beautiful gunmetal kitchen sink installed. Lance was very helpful on several occasions first coming for the measurements and of course all the way through with the product till the end and making sure that I was happy with what we had in our kitchen. :) Donald the plumber that installed my new garbage disposal was very patient with the process even taught me a few things about how to maintain it. Pricing is seriously reasonable considering the amount of Labor that it took to get the sink installed. They had to cut through the granite very carefully to fit the new sink in. We were worried that the dust from the granite would smother our interior the home but that did not happen it was very minimal, easy to clean and we were able to use it right away! Why did i not do this sooner!!

This summer I decided to remodel my hall bath and master bath. I've heard wonderful things about Jericho Home Improvement and called them to do the work in my home. It was a great experience starting with Heather, their designer and Preston, the Project Manager. Both Heather and Preston were very professional, but also were very friendly and accommodating and helped me making choices for the new bathrooms. I had several change orders for this project (because I kept changing my mind). Heather and Preston were very helpful and accommodating with the changes I made. Preston gave me the start and ending date for the project. Their master craftsman, Jaysen, was amazing! He worked very hard all day and cleaned up before leaving for the day. He was extremely polite and personable and treated me and my home with respect. I am so happy with my new bathroom remodels! I especially liked the beautiful cabinetry and the flooring is gorgeous. Both bathrooms are so beautiful, I couldn't be happier! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jericho to anyone wanting a bath/kitchen remodel.

I had the best experience with Jericho. I used them twice, first a total remodel of my 1-1/2 bathroom & total remodel of my kitchen/dining room. Loved the attention, details, coordination, communication and finishing touches to make my project perfect. Everyone involved made me feel respected and understood when changes came up. I recommend them highly.

Jericho was the right choice for our kitchen renovation. I appreciated the attention to detail and respect for our property. Our Project Manager, Preston, stayed on top of our timeline for completion and provided us with a comprehensive schedule. Brandon's installation skills were exact with cabinetry, and the backsplash is impeccable. He was very aware of not disturbing our daily routine as we worked from home. We are very pleased with the final product and would choose Jericho again.

Our Jericho team was outstanding! They were professional, talented, trusting, timely, patient, and most of all they cared just as much for our project as if it were their own dream they were building. We loved that they were "all inclusive". Chad helped us (well held our hand essentially) get us started with the design assisting us with the many decisions that had to be made. Brandon was able to take our vision and draw it up on paper. Once the project was turned over to our contractor Jim the project was nothing short of perfection. He kept everything moving along, making sure things were done right and in a timely manner. Last, but not least the guy who took the dream from paper to reality, Gio! Talented, attentive to every detail and he did not take one shortcut.
We also appreciated that once our project was done Jericho sent out a Customer Relations Specialist to make sure we were satisfied with the service they provided. A shout out to Casey!
Major projects are challenging and so many things can go wrong, the best decision we made was choosing Jericho to build our dream! 100% in love with the final product!

Jericho Home improvement has the best customer service. No matter how many questions, they are always willing to take the time to answer. Their service people are incredibly friendly, and the installers are knowledgeable and friendly.

Jericho just finished a total remodel of the kitchen in my 110 yr old historic home. The work was very extensive, including new plumbing, wiring, demolition of walls, insulation, refinishing old woodwork and installing new woodwork where it was needed,etc, etc. A major advantage to hiring Jericho is that they have their own tradesmen. No waiting for subcontractors to finish other jobs. Also, they cleaned the entire space every day and hauled away the refuse daily. The finished project came out just beautiful and they were very pleasant to work with.

It has been about a year now since our kitchen remodeling/upgrades have been completed. Our floor went from linoleum to tile. Formica countertops replaced with granite. New appliances installed, including a range hood with exhaust to the roof (my favorite part of the remodeling job), and a custom designed black granite table (we bake a lot). The workmanship and completion of the job down to the day agreed upon was amazing, even a return visit to correct minor details. Still very satisfied one year later.

I inherited my home and desperately needed the bathroom remodeled first. Being busy with decisions and projects throughout the rest of the house. Jericho made my dream creation into a reality. Easy estimates, no pushy sales, workers are pleasant, professional and CLEAN!

We had Jericho remodel our master bathroom. Our shower and bath tub are separate. They took everything out of the bathroom except the tub. Everything was replaced a d installed very professionally. We are very pleased with the results. Our installer arrived each day when he was supposed to and immediately began working. He worked very hard and made sure that everything was correct. He made sure that we had access to each fixture when it was complete. We were expecting company and he made sure that 6 adults didn't have to share 1 bathroom. I would recommend Jericho to anyone. They are very professional and do excellent work

We were really happy with the entire process of our master bathroom remodel.
Our installer, Sean Ireland, was extremely professional. Sean's attention to detail in his craft was very impressive and appreciated in our project.
He did not hesitate to verify design and function aspects of the install throughout the process. He was respectful of our home, keeping his work areas clean and was pleasant with our dogs who thought he was there everyday to visit them.

Jericho did an excellent job with our kitchen remodel. Mike was always on time and respectful of our home. He is a master at his trade! Jim was easy to reach and checked in often to ensure the speedy, remodel was going as expected. Jericho also immediately replaced a drawer face and cabinet door that was imperfect and we kept noticing after completion. It was a hassle-free, quick process. We are thrilled with our new kitchen!

I’m a small contractor and Lance from Jericho was amazingly helpful in getting me past a schedule problem with a couple of countertops. His team had the job done in a fraction of the timeframe others quoted at a very reasonable cost. I look forward to my next project with them.

A phenomenal company with amazing employees doing very high quality work! We came to Jericho for our master bath full remodel after having another contractor do a smaller bath. The difference in employee and work quality was immense between the two companies. From our first sales contact with a Jericho designer we knew we had found a company we could fully trust with our home. Once we signed our contract and met our Project Manager Jim, the experience got even better. He was friendly, talented and dedicated to meeting our every need. Jim introduced us to Adam, the most talented installer we had ever met. Adam is truly an artist. He was in our home nearly every day throughout the several weeks of our project and quickly became an honorary, temporary family member. Adam gave us a truly beautiful master bath. Another area where Jericho really excelled was in the depth of their talent pool. Jim and Adam worked closely with a number of people back in their main shop on the aspects of our job that couldn’t be fabricated in our home. That group did the highest quality work as well. We couldn’t be happier with our completed master bath! We highly recommend Jericho to anyone needing kitchen or bath remodel.

We just finished getting a complete, new tiled shower replacing our 60 year old one. Preston was our Project Manager and Alex was the one man Army.

Preston was technically and professionally proficient during the entire time of the remolding. He ensured that all measurements were double checked for accuracy, the bill of materials was correct with nothing missing or requiring replacement. He was in constant communication with us during the entire project.

Alex was one for the record books. We were expecting a team of craftsman for the project, and we got one, Alex! From day one, he ensured that furniture, floors were protected, He closed in the work are with plastic to cut the dust from the demolition. At the end of the day, everything was cleaned up, put away, ready to go for the next day. Once he was ready to lay tile, he laid it out first to make sure it was the way we wanted it, once we approved t, only then did he put it up.

We he was finished with the remodel, everything was cleaned up, removed, vacuumed and only then did he call us in to go over everything to ensure our understanding of our new shower.

He and Preston were in daily contact with each other on the progress.

A few days after Lex was finished, Preston came by for his final inspection before going over the final details and finally our acceptance of the new shower.

During the entire project, Preston and Alex were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with their suggestions. That’s exactly what we expected and were thankful for.

Great experience. Shawn Ireland is an excellent installer and an amazing person. He arrived on time, cleaned up after himself, is professional, kind, and does high quality work. Preston kept me informed of the progress and unexpected changes. Cost was much higher than I prefer, but they were able to meet our expedited timeline and stuck to the original quote.
