Could not be more pleased with Robinson Roofing. From the minute I called to get a quote until day of completion, they have been nothing short of amazing. I called Opie to get a quote, he helped walk me through the insurance process, communicated with me through the whole process and was very forthcoming with any delays. They came the night before and dropped off all of the materials, let me know to expect it to take all day (I work night shift) and it looked fabulous. Opie came and walked the roof with the inspector and handled any questions he had and made it so stress free for me.

Josh Ornce did a fantastic job repairing my roof and replacing my gutters. He was very knowledgeable, responsive, timely, and at a great price.

Robinson Roofing KC replaced our roof. They worked with our insurance agent and adjuster very professionally. They made the process very easy for us and were very helpful. They were respectful while work was being done and cleaned up very well afterwards. Their communication and promptness was top tier.

Robinson Roofing built a Trex 16 'x16' deck to replace my 12 x16 wood deck. They did an excellent job! They were very professional craftsmen and the project manager, Josh was actively involved throughout the project. And the clean-up was perfect. I couldn't be happier about my new deck and would highly recommend Robinson Roofing if you are considering a new deck!!

Our project manager, Josh responded to my online inquiry immediately, came out the same day for a thorough inspection of our concerns and gave us a detailed, reasonable estimate. They fit our repair in quickly even during the holidays. Everyone was professional, courteous and provided quality work and great communication. Highly recommend!

My sales representative, Tristan, was extremely helpful in making this project happen. The roofing crew was hard working and efficient. They worked 13 hour's to complete the roof in one day. Tristan and the Robinson Roofing office staff helped me by working with the insurance company's adjuster to get a fair settlement. Very satisfied with the process and outcome.

Our roof team led by Shannon and Connor did absolutely fantastic work. I was thoroughly impressed from day one with their professionalism and knowledge of all things roofing. From the attached picture, you might note that our roof is a bit steep. Connor -- unlike other roofing companies I've had stop by -- took one look at it and climbed right on up. Taking not only pictures of the hail damage we'd received but also video of the roof while he was up there. In the years we've lived here, I have never had anyone willing to go up on the roof due to its angle and I think that single act of proper service had sold me on Robinson Roofing KC before we had even talked details of the repair/replacement.

As a standard, we are what you would call an anxiety driven household by nature, and these two were very patient, kind, and willing to share openly and honestly about the work they recommended, what they didn't recommend, and how the process would come together. I cannot overstate how easy the entire roof replacement process was from our end. THEY. HANDLE. IT. ALL. And hey, millennials? They even assisted with the call to insurance.

Speaking of, all cost went through insurance so we ended up paying very little out of pocket, only for some upgrades to the venting system on the roof. Very reasonable and (worth repeating) the dream team handles everything for you every step of the way. They even were able to have our gutters AND the installed leaf guards approved for replacement!

As for the roof? It's gorgeous. Basically no issues regarding the installation, the team arrived on-time, tore it down and had it back up within the day and left our property spottless. We did have some small caulking that needed to be redone and it was promptly handled within days during their busy season once we reached out to the team.

Overall, I recommend this company and specifically this wonderful team for any of your roofing needs.

Hector and crew did a fantastic job with our foundation work. Hector communicated the job process and progress throughout. The team does excellent work.

Very professional and experienced organization. We had selected three (3) companies to give us an estimate on our basement prior to putting our house on the market to sell. Two (2) of the companies gave us estimates for columns or fiberglass straps and excavating around the foundation walls. Eric looked at the basement walls and told us there is very minimal movement and extreme measures weren't necessary. His two (2) man crew came in and provided epoxy sealant in the wall cracks. It took less than half a day and they did an excellent job. Eric also recommended using KC Realty Group for the sale of our house. Using them and KC Property Guys all our construction needs were taken care of and incorporated into the sale of the house, with only a small deposit down for the basement work. Our house sold and the whole process went very smoothly. This was fantastic! We highly recommend them.

KC Pier installed some bracing and repaired some cracks in our foundation walls. From the quote, to scheduling, to the installation day, everything went smoothly. The quote was detailed and gave recommendations on what we could/should do and wasn't trying to sell us something we didn't need. There was also previous bracing installed before we owned the place and the team was able to give us advice on an old installation they did not do. Scheduling was easy and the team showed up right on time. The work they did is high quality and I would recommend KC Pier for any foundation work you may need.

KC Pier did a house for me that had major foundation issues in the back of the house. Hector did a great job of communicating the changes and then coordinating with me to make sure I was happy how it turned out. Much better final leveling than I was expecting honestly, would recommend them to anyone else needing foundation repair.

My whole experience with KC Pier was top notch. Erik handled my estimate and answered all my initial questions (and follow-up questions). The videos he guided me to on their website were a huge aid in my confidence in their work. They got me in their books for the work to be done around a month later. I was expecting them on a Monday morning and that's exactly when Brian and his team showed up. Brian's team was energetic, fun, and above all else good at what they do. They were careful around my property to limit any damage to landscaping, which I greatly appreciated. They made sure I was confident in their work and encouraged me to ask any questions I had during the process. Another big thing I noticed...they cleaned up after themselves! The Team at KC Pier was very easy to work with and accommodating to circumstances presented during the repair process. Everyone from start to finish was very professional and personable. I was very impressed how quickly and efficiently the work was accomplished while maintaining excellent quality. The weather was very cold and snow was on the ground but the crew working in my home was very careful to keep things protected and clean at all times. I am satisfied with every aspect of this repair.

KC Pier just finished our foundation work which included bracing, wall shield, a drainage system and a new sump pump install. They were prompt, friendly and kept us informed throughout the process. Brian came out, I looked at my concerns and informed me that I had nothing to be concerned about. They didn’t try and sell me on tens of thousands of dollars just to make money for their company. He informed me how to monitor the situation in case anything does change. Super happy and will recommend KC Pier to anyone!

Very knowledgeable and competent foundation company. The house had an addition with a cinder block foundation, and the entire addition had settled significantly. I'm a mechanical engineer by trade, and I was careful to educate myself as much as I could and got several quotes before selecting KC Pier. Brian analyzed the foundation issues and recommended a plan that made good sense and which matched the recommendations of another foundation company that is well respected around town, while beating the other company's price. Damien was the crew chief on site and was experienced, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The whole crew was friendly and good to work with. Brian came on site for the critical leveling stage of the work, and worked with me to make sure I understood and was on board with what they were doing. Very pleased with their work and would KC Pier for foundation repairs.

Beware of This Contractor - Extremely Disappointing Experience

I had a very negative experience with this contractor KC Pier. I paid $250 in advance for an assessment of foundation damage for a commercial property. The contractor did visit the property, but after that, I never received the promised assessment. When I requested a refund, they flatly refused. This level of unprofessionalism and dishonesty is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using this contractor’s services. Save yourself the trouble and look for someone more reliable and trustworthy.
