Read moreCleaned and sealed my kitchen/entryway tile grout. Excellent job, almost new looking.! Don't know about the price though.
Initially they were quick to respond. It has been two weeks since I uploaded photos and video, no response after leaving numerous voice mails and emails. Don't trust them.
Terrible communication! Came out to look at job, gave price, and set date. After that never returned calls, texts, or emails for weeks and never showed up for the project. I am not sure what is going on but when you call the number it instantly goes to voicemail that says to text or email. Tried all forms of communication for the last month and gotten no response. Would not recommend if you actually want someone to respond to you or complete your project.
Previous problem was resolved to my satisfaction. The work they did in my bathroom looks nice.
BUYER BEWARE The grout doctors are very unprofessional deceptive business. they show their own products on their advertisements. However, they buy products from the Home Depot and add coloring to make it look like it is their own product. These products are essentially not good for grout. It will break down the grout and in the long run you will spend much more than you've already spent with their extreme prices.
Not one to usually review, but this was a big $1400 mistake. I think I could have watched a youtube video and done it myself. The guys were nice enough and on time, but quality of the caulking was not good, and some of the white grout in my shower is now permanently stained a light grey. My advice to is to be very clear in what your expectations are and to shop around for experienced companies. Really disappointed.
