Our 18+ year old Trane HVAC system failed. I called Cloud HVAC and Zach came out to diagnose the problem. Due to the age of our system we elected to have a new Trane system installed. Zach was very professional and presented the options to us in a very informative manner. On the day of installation, Vince arrived with the components and led the installation team. Vince was also very professional and clearly skilled to handle all of the electrical, ducting and component installation requirements. Would definitely recommend Cloud for any HVAC related work.

We had our annual furnace check this morning with Jason Flynn. When he first came to the door, he remembered and remarked that he hadn't been to our house for a few years. I love this familiarity of service-location history that Cloud Heating & Air service techs seem to have. Regardless, it was another great Cloud service visit. Cloud seems to hire very personable service techs. It's always a joy just chatting with them about things. Hey, it may be HVAC systems, but it's still a people business. So, thank you, Mr. Jason for your time and good help. It was as good as a service visit could be. Cheers to all!

We have used Cloud since 1992. Staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable. Honest on the condition of our equipment, and helped up pick the hvac that fits our needs. Zach just did the yearly check on the furnace. Discussed options and gave me information for the future.

Zach French was prompt, courteous, professional, and clear about information. I never once felt like a transaction instead of a person. All customer service could benefit to use his approach. He did an excellent job!

We were having issues with our furnace not blowing out heat, Trenton was able to come out the day we called. He was kind, courteous and explained what he found, along with his recommendations. We also selected the maintenance plan, which Trenton returned to do the service on the furnace. He was again, very kind and courteous, explaining his recommendations and was able to take care of the couple of items while he was here. We highly recommend Cloud Heating & Air Conditioning.

My furnace went out last night. Cloud had a tech here today shortly after 1:00. Jake French thoroughly cleaned my furnace and removed a water issue. I have never seen someone do such a thorough job. I was so impressed.

Richard and his crew are phenomenal. Friendly, professional, great communication, incredibly efficient and left the site looking far better than they found it. Absolute pleasure from start to finish.

Richard was terrific! He was out to check out our downed tree and had a bid back to us in just about an hour! He followed up the next morning and we ready to take care of it all within a day. He took out the tree and ground the stump and it all looks like it was never there. Great Communication, Great Price, Great Customer service, and Responsive to our needs as a preschool. Couldn't have asked for better. Great to work with another locally owned small business. Definitely recommend! 5 Stars!
