Dunco does it again! Always amazing customer service. We worked with Lindsey to get a technician out and she quickly worked with us to send someone over. The technician was friendly and quick. She explained what was wrong and fixed it right then. Always nice to know you can count on quality service with Dunco.

Dunco has been maintaining my hvac systems for around a decade. Prior to calling Dunco, I was calling other agencies -ALL of which were telling me that I need new equipment.- I didn’t believe them. So I decided to read LOTS of reviews for many agencies, and concluded that Dunco was the one to try. It was a great relief to know that I found an honest agency. No, I don’t need new equipment. I really appreciate that they almost always send the same technician. It helps to know that someone that I am familiar with will be doing my inspections. I have a maintenance agreement with them-2 seasonal inspections for a set price that is less than 2 inspections scheduled individually. Some folks may prefer to wait until their unit breaks, which could happen at 9pm on a Friday (that’s when mine tend to fail,) and the temperature will be extreme. If one has a maintenance agreement, they will come outside of their business hours, most likely shortly after you call. If your equipment fails during business hours, a customer with a maintenance agreement will be given priority over cold calls that were ahead of them. If you have your equipment maintained regularly, it is less likely to fail. But machines can still fail if they are old. Having peace of mind is worth every bit of the cost of the maintenance agreement. Dunco is the most honest hvac agency in the area.

We used this company for HVAC repair in the past and were satisfied. We then called for a bid to replace our full system and encountered some confusion about scheduling. Fortunately, they reached back out and corrected the misunderstanding. Great customer service.

We had a plumber come out because we found a spot where there was obviously water. He did a diagnosis and found the leak. He told me up front how much it would be. I was flabbergasted but knew it needed done. It was maybe 30 minutes. Can't believe I was charged that much for very inexpensive parts and hardly any labor. It amounted to about 1400 an hr! That's crazy. Plumber was nice but I am blown away by the flat rate you charged for that job

I called on a holiday weekend and I ended up waiting one day but it was worth it! Devon came out and immediately fixed the problem. No surprise costs. Very reasonably priced for a holiday weekend. All others told me I would have to wait until Monday. I called Saturday morning & by Sunday morning it was fixed! Thank you!!!

Not a good company, people here are worse. Phone reps lie to make appointments, and technician never shows up. They take your time and $ for granted.

This company repaired my AC during July 2024, with 1-year parts+labor warranty. Poor work. AC seemed to have an identical issue as of June 10, 2025. Quoted $119 to come and look, ven when it was uspposed to be under warranty. Agreed. Gave an appointment for 4:00 next day. Technician never showed up. When called at 4:45, the rep says the appointment was *AFTER* 4:00 and that they may come until 10:00 pm (a lie?). Really? Dunco is such genius that a cutomer will wait until 10:00pm and pay up for warranty work? The rep said she will not be able to contact the technician on field (a lie again?) to get an ETA.

I eventually remembred that I signed a 1-year service agreement with this company 5 or 6 years ago. They took money, honored the first appointment, but never showed up for the second after multiple apoligies and repeat appointments. They eventually returned that money under the threat of a lawsuit.

Save your time and money, stay away from this company. Wonder how so many 5* ratings.

Garrett was extremely nice and upfront with us about our furnace. Essentially, we believe another company may have messed with our system for profit. It was a simple fix, but the honesty and professionalism were greatly appreciated! Will definitely be using Dunco from here on out.

Jason always does a complete and thorough inspection. He never tries to sell me on new parts even though the furnace is 25 years old. I appreciate that Dunco has been sending only Jason for years and not a different person every time. They are a fair and dependable company who makes every effort to answer your call the same day. I would highly recommend Dunco.

Have been using Dunco for over 6 years now, for our Spring and Fall tune apps. This time they had to fix a small gas leak, that had been discovered a week earlier. Was told the cost of that repair before work was even started.Always prompt and courteous.

Dunco installed a new air conditioner and furnace for us earlier in 2024. This is my first experience getting the semi annual maintenance check. My technician arrive little delayed due to scheduling confusion. He was efficient and cordial and took care of business. I do have an issue with Dunco however. It took almost two months to get me on the schedule. My former service provider usually had me scheduled within two weeks.Two months to get service is poor customer service. I hope that improves.

He is very thorough, respectful and thoughtful. Any time he might be running behind because of a previous appointment, the company is always good to call to keep you informed. Dunco is a highly skilled and trustworthy company!

Dunco installed a new, high efficiency A/C and furnace today to replace our existing, 21 year old system that was original to the house. The entire process - from obtaining a very specific and detailed bid to the installation process was incredibly smooth. Evan & Phil arrived on time and did a great job with the install. Everything looks fantastic - neat, tidy and well done. It's surprising how much quieter the new systems are. Would highly recommend Dunco.

I recently had Dunco replace my HVAC. I’ve used Dunco for many years, they have great employees. Quinn & Chris did an excellent job installing everything & took the time to answer any questions I had. Erick gave me a great proposal so I could replace my 24 year old units. I appreciate the heads up from Quinn, when they were on their way & it was nice to see Erick & Larry, their manager drop by to offer their help. Many Thanks to all of you!

We have used Dunco Heating for three houses over the years. The service folks are always very pleasant, friendly and professional. They explained exactly what the problem was in each case. They explained the pros and cons of updating our system. The quote seemed reasonable. They quickly installed the new system within a few days. We are very happy with their work.

Ever since their merger with Anthony things have gone downhill fast. I never receive anymore calls to setup ac or furnace service like they used to. They scrapped the annual maintenance plan for ac / furnace and offer an inflated cost plan for services I won't use. It's really sad because the old Dunco was a really good and solid company here in Lawrence.

Dunco's prices are reasonable. When I need something custom, they will go to the effort needed so that I get what I want. Dunco truly cares about their clients.

The service was complete but filled with sales tactics. They offer a 10% discount if you subscribe to their monthly subscription, but they purposely make it really hard to cancel when you try to cancel.

They used to be great but have been nothing but higher prices and pushy sales tactics ever since the merger.
