I had an emergency at my home and couldn't be there in person to resolve it. I was able to send a text before business hours and schedule an electrician within an hour. Todd (the electrician) arrived early, communicated throughout the issue, and resolved it quickly. I would highly recommend Lynn Electric!

Quick, thorough and very approachable and friendly. Answered all of my questions. Very reasonable pricing too. We are new to the area so we now have our electrician we will call for all future jobs.

I am still trying to wrap my head around what happened as I had read so many great reviews and initially everything had been going great. It was super easy to request an inspection and Todd was the electrician who did the inspection. He was really great, very knowledgeable, and not afraid to take on a project where I needed complete rewiring. However, after that, it took a month to get an estimate back even with calling Todd and other staff to see if I could get the estimate sent to me. I ended up driving to the office to ask them again in-person to please send me an estimate. It took the admin/secretary getting Todd on the phone and having me speak to him where he said something else had came up and Brian or someone was supposed to send the estimate to me, but they didn't and I would get it the next day. The first explanation weeks prior was that he (Todd) had been on vacation, and he would get the estimate to me asap, which did not happen. I was so frustrated and heartbroken at this point that I simply said okay and drove away. The estimate itself was very basic without a breakdown of anything. Basically just said to rewire the home would be 18kish. When I asked more questions, it became obvious that I would have to find another company as the communication breakdown was just too bad witheither slow responses or none at all. Todd is a great guy and I appreciated his insight, but it felt like either he or the company, or perhaps both, did not really want to do the project and were giving me the runaround for over a month.

Very responsive. Very reasonably priced. We will continue to use Lynn Electric for all of our home electrical needs.

Todd was polite and professional . He had everything repaired and finished up within an hour.

Actually an estimate on a generator transfer switch installation! Very professional, courteous, and timely! Explained everything and I felt the bid was more than fair and accepted it on the spot!

Service was prompt and the problem was diagnosed easily. Rich did a great job! No mess was made and it was reasonably priced. I would definitely use Lynn Electric again!

Todd was very knowledgeable. He definitely knew what he was talking about. He explained everything in me in detail. Even offered suggestions. I didn’t feel rushed.

Bid process was great. Will see how the delivery and post install support is before making final judgment. Bid was better than most but still much to high for what I needed. After clarifying my needs and wants, the bid came in closer to what I had expected.

Todd was professional, VERY well experienced and answered all my questions. He was excellent in all aspects of the process. I look forward to scheduling and working with the rest of the Lynn Electric crew!

Martin was fantastic! I was able to get service same day on a blown outlet. Replaced it and even gave me a good fishing spot recommendation! Definitely will reach back out if any other services are needed.

I went in to ask questions for a personal project. Knowing I probably was not going to spend a single dollar with them, the employees at Superior Electric talked with me for about 40 minutes. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Would use them professionally based off my brief experience.

After 24 years, our A/C system decided it was done this past week! I contacted a company we had used for several years about purchasing a new HVAC system, and was told it would be 3 weeks before they could install! With high 80 and 90° temps, not what I wanted to hear! I decided to call Dunco. We were immediately impressed by their responsiveness and professionalism. The next day after my call, we got a visit from Jason, the service manager. He evaluated our needs, and made a recommendation. Install was scheduled for the following Tuesday! 4 days, not 3 weeks!
Clayton, Tyler and Quinn completed our system install today! I can't say enough about Dunco and their employee's professionalism, quality of work, and timely manner of our installation! Work was started at noon, and we had cool air blowing by 5pm! You can't do better than Dunco!

We are very happy with Tyler and Chris from Dunco for our install. Tyler easily answered our questions, both were respectful of our environment and easy to work with. Dunco got us on the schedule quickly, arrived on time and worked well with us regarding our install for ductless heat/cool and referral/assistance for electrical needs. We will gladly recommend their services.

Our AC went out during the hottest days of the summer. We had a maintenence agreement with another company, but it was going to be a week before they could do the installation. I called Dunco and their salesman was at our house 15 minutes later to assess the situation and give us a quote. They were able to schedule our installation in 2 days, and they actually ended up fitting us in the next day. I was told they could do that because they run more installation crews, and because of the kindness of their other customers, (agreeing to let us go first because we had no air conditioning.)

Our installation crew, Clayton and Evan, were amazing. They were very professional and fast. They didn't mess around, they just came in and got the job done. We wouldn't hesitate to work with them again, and we know who we'll call if/when our furnace needs to be replaced.

We had been without A/C for almost two weeks. I called Dunco. Joe C. came out immediately to assess the situation, gave us a quote that was reasonable, and assured us of an installation day and time. Clayton and his team came early the day of the installation, were friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable about the work they were doing, and went above and beyond what most businesses do to respect our privacy and keep our house clean. These guys were great, and we'd highly recommend them to anyone needing service for HVAC.

We were having issues with a loud noise that our unit was making. I called in the morning and they said someone would be here that day! Alexis arrived promptly to my house. She was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the issue. She recommended to have an overall check service of the unit. She was quick and thorough and explained everything she did!
