They were nice, professional and great guys. The duct cleaning wasn't cheap, and took most of the day, for my house. The dryer vent was a fire waiting to happen ... a half bag of lint. We noticed the house "smelled" better before they even finished. It was well worth the money and the time. I wish I had had it done a long time ago.
