Walt was referred to me by a friend. He was hired to replace the defective plastic and black metal piping that was in our condo. When he realized we needed it done quickly, he overcharged us 700 dollars (more than another company wanted to do it for). Unfortunately the preferred company could not get to it for 10 days. He demanded payment in cash and was reluctant to give me a receipt. I figured out later that he had not only up-sold us on some improvements (with threats of eminent failure), but I discovered that he failed to completely replace the defective pipe because rusty water was coming out both showers. He refused to respond to my calls or text. We finally had to call from another phone just to get him to answer. After complaining about the work, he refused to fix it. We had to get another person to fix it which, which cost even more money. Later investigation revealed he has lost his license with the state of Kansas. Learn from my mistake, steer clear of this overpriced crook.
