I am genuinely disappointed to be retracting my previous five-star review. Unfortunately, since the business was sold, my experiences with this company have been so poor that I would leave a negative-star review if that were an option. On one service call, the work was concerning enough that I asked more than once whether the technician was actually a licensed plumber. One technician inspected a sewer line and told me it was broken. Another technician later inspected the same line and said it had a "clean bill of health." Despite identifying two issues, the written report I received was only one sentence long. I had to call and ask whether one-sentence reports were now standard practice before I was promised a more detailed report. I should not have had to request basic documentation for a line with known concerns. On another job, a technician identified the sewer as a shared or common line. After obtaining a second opinion, I was told there was no apparent reason anyone would have reached that conclusion. The company's prices have increased, while the quality, consistency, and professionalism of the service I received have declined dramatically. Based on these experiences, I can no longer recommend this company.
We love our H20 Hero system. We had Matt come out and test our water and ended up getting rid of our old ECO water unit. Matt is easy to work with, very knowledgeable and the systems are the best. We LOVE our new water and the way it tastes and feels. We contacted Matt on his new number 913 375 9399.
I called Ace's Rooter for a clogged drain in my basement floor. Mike was fast to respond and actually came 30 minutes earlier than stated. The clogged drain was backing up in my basement about 3 feet diameter. It was a 15-20 foot line that ran toward the main line. The water went down the next day when Mike arrived. Mike said if he has to clean out the main line that would be 575, but he would clean out the small line for free. Mike put the camera down the small line which had a handful of small fingerlie type branches in there which shouldn't be. Mike said the pipe was bad and really needed to be replaced. He checked the mainline while I was upstairs turning on water for him. When i came back down stairs he said he already ran the camera down the main line and it was fine. I asked him to show me with his camera because I had just bought the house a few years ago and the house inspector showed me where there were a few branches at the end of the line that would need to be cleaned out eventually. Mike ran the camera again and there was sitting water at the end. He said he could clean out the lines but that would be 575+220 after he just told me he would do the small line for free. I then asked him for a rough estimate on replacing the small line. He got on the phone with his concrete buddy and was whispering in the corner on the phone. Comes back and gives me a quote of 9700.00. I ended up only having him clear out the small line and he ended up charging me 575.00. This guy does a bait and switch on his pricing, so I would get everything in writing on how much it costs before he does any work. I won't be using him again. He gets a 3 for his quick response and that's all. His pricing a 1. His integrity a 0.
Jacob responded to initial inquiry promptly, the appointment was scheduled timely, the task was completed correctly and the invoice was priced right and completely justified. He's added to my contacts and will refer friends/neighbor/family to use his services.
I have been trying to schedule Pure Water for a week to come out for a maintenance check. Spoke to someone on Mon, Tue and Thur. The tech was to call me back to schedule and I have not received a phone call, or any communication. Very poor customer service. They appear to have no back up in case their one tech is not available.
