Mark's Small Engine Repair

I have my annual maintenance done with this company. Always on time and does a good job.

All I can say is don't do it! This guy is dishonest as they come and does not know anymore about small engine repair than I do. He never meets timelines and he will not offer up information or status unless you ask for it. I was into him for $110 before I realized he was not the going to do me right. Took my riding mower to him with an issue and he charged me for a carburetor clean and rebuild. Took the mower home and it still had the same issue so I took it back. Then he told me it needed a new carburetor after he already did a clean and rebuild (supposedly) which makes no sense. It was at this point I knew he was trying to rip me off so I went and got my mower back before he could do anything else. Took the carburetor apart myself and he did not even change the gaskets when he did the implied rebuild so I knew he did not do what he had already charged me for. Took my mower to someone who actually knew small engines and the issue had nothing to do with the carburetor - no surprise there. Do yourself a favor and find someone else - anyone else!

Brought our John Deere zero turn riding mower for maintenance as well as our Honda push mower and Travis and Mark did an excellent job! Everything running smoothly! They even fixed our Husqvana snow blower/ thrower and replaced it with a new carburetor. Very professional and worth the money spent! Very reasonable price! Highly recommended.
