They were on time (one star) they were professional (2 stars) and they got the job done when it was needed most (three stars) they gave a 1 year warranty on the part (four stars)...AT almost double to triple what the cost should have been for the job preformed. The service fee was $129 then the Capacitor was another $240 plus dollars. Thanks, appreciate the help, but they will for sure squeeze you a bit on parts needed. JUST KNOW BEFORE YOU USE FOR SERVICE. Overall good experience.

Our AC went out. Called and left a message. Very timely response and no nonsense service. The process was easy from selecting a new unit, to paying, to scheduling, and the communication was constant the entire time. Was never tried to be upsold. Was never given a hard time about not using their line of credit. Everyone was nice and informative. I can't recommend them enough. Glad I went with a local company and will call them again if there's ever an issue.
