Crate & Barrel

I walked in and immediately was greeted by a very nice lady (sorry didn't get her name) that asked me how I was doing & if she could help me find something. I told her what I was looking for bar ware for my upcoming speakeasy. she walked me right to what they had & showed me the different sections/rooms that they had and what they had in each one etc. she said that if you had any questions or needed any help at all to just let her know. And then she gave me the time to walk-through and look. she checked on me a few minutes later and asked me if I was finding everything OK and I said absolutely! I was just trying to decide. very pleasant & great customer service! Will definitely go back.

My daughter's wedding registry was at crate and barrel in 2024. She never opened or even touched the big box of current inventory champagne glasses. I brought them to return for store credit and the sales associate, maybe Lynn, was so condescending and rude and had no interest in helping. The manager, who was LOVELY, stepped in and no questions asked, made the return for us for store credit. The sales associate had no idea how to do the return and the LOVELY store manager was so sweet and patient with her while winking at me. I will certainly avoid this sales associate in the future and would hope she doesnt have a long career at this beautiful store.

My husband and I found these amazing Drinking Glasses while we were there. Regina was so kind to wrap each one up carefully and then carefully place them in a box and secure box tightly. She was very kind, friendly, and efficient..
