Read moreI walked in and immediately was greeted by a very nice lady (sorry didn't get her name) that asked me how I was doing & if she could help me find something. I told her what I was looking for bar ware for my upcoming speakeasy. she walked me right to what they had & showed me the different sections/rooms that they had and what they had in each one etc. she said that if you had any questions or needed any help at all to just let her know. And then she gave me the time to walk-through and look. she checked on me a few minutes later and asked me if I was finding everything OK and I said absolutely! I was just trying to decide. very pleasant & great customer service! Will definitely go back.
My daughter's wedding registry was at crate and barrel in 2024. She never opened or even touched the big box of current inventory champagne glasses. I brought them to return for store credit and the sales associate, maybe Lynn, was so condescending and rude and had no interest in helping. The manager, who was LOVELY, stepped in and no questions asked, made the return for us for store credit. The sales associate had no idea how to do the return and the LOVELY store manager was so sweet and patient with her while winking at me. I will certainly avoid this sales associate in the future and would hope she doesnt have a long career at this beautiful store.
My husband and I found these amazing Drinking Glasses while we were there. Regina was so kind to wrap each one up carefully and then carefully place them in a box and secure box tightly. She was very kind, friendly, and efficient..
My daughter had a designer at crate and barrel select furniture for her home. When the furniture arrived, there were problems with the scale of the pieces, in particular two side tables that were too tall for the two new sofas. When we took them back to the store with the intention of returning them and replacing them with different selections from the same store, the store refused to accept the return because it was not in its original shipping box. We were told that the in box requirement was in the signed contract. I asked to see a copy of that policy and that contract and they could not provide either one because they doesn't exist. So first the designer chose pieces that did not actually work together, and when we tried to exchange them, they wouldn't accept the return of the pieces, even though we'd only had them for a week. And to add insult to injury all of the pieces, several thousand dollars worth, immediately went on sale a week after they were purchased and they would not make a price adjustment and they certainly never mentioned that in a few days all of these pieces were going to be significantly reduced. This store makes returns and exchanges of furniture so difficult that I will absolutely not buy furniture there and I certainly wouldn't use their designers.
I've shopped here before for wedding gifts and had no issue. I went in today to show my sisters about how nice the store was as one of them is getting a new apartment soon and this man with white long hair and big glasses accused us for walking around for 2 hours and not buying anything but 3 spoons. We had only been in the store 30 mins. We continued to look around everyone else spoke said hello and was nice but that left a sour taste in my mouth.
The customer service at this location is fantastic. Jenny Gillham, the manager of this location, took time out of her day to help us track down a lost gift card and genuinely cared about helping us. She was kind, patient, and didn't rush us at all. It turned what could've been frustrating into a really positive experience. Huge thanks to her and the team at Crate & Barrel!
