We needed lawn care for several weeks while out of the country. Heartland was prompt in estimating and setting up the service was simple. Whenever I contacted Heartland, Heather was prompt to respond and their customer service is top notch! Recommended them to my daughter and she has been very satisfied also.
We have been pleased with the services of Heartland Turf and Landscape. They are easy to get a hold of and are great about communicating when they are coming and what they are providing. Prices are very competitive. They also send timely emails to customers with tips and tricks that you can do yourself to help improve your yard. Very much appreciated!
We just started using Heartland Turf and Landscape this past spring for all of our lawn care needs, including mowing, edging, fertilization, weed control, and lawn aeration (I'm sure they offer other additional services that we just haven't needed yet). The service is excellent, dependable, and very fairly priced. *Update* Now been with Heartland since June 2015 and service and results continue to be great. They've already put down the first round of fertilizer and pre-emergent for the 2017 and am sure I'll have a healthy, well maintained lawn again this year.
I have been using Heartlands services for the last couple of years, specifically treatment of shrubs for bag worms. The folks are always friendly, careful and professional. Great job at a reasonable cost!
I have used multiple services from various organizations (mosquito's, bug barrier, lawn fertilization, house cleaning, house maintenance, gutter cleaning, etc.) Most organizations have a robust sales process; and for the most part, decent services. There are three deciding factors for the services I continue to use: 1) Do the economics and practicality make sense, 2) Is the service effective, and 3) Does the technician care about quality, as opposed to just blasting through the work as quickly as possible. Heartland does a great job with items 1 & 2. Luis (the technician) does a great job with item 3. Currently, I see no reason to stop using Heartland services any time soon, and would proudly recommend to others.
We have used Heartland Turf for several years. We are consistently very happy with the quality service they provide. They are very responsive, professional, and reliable! We would give more than 5 stars if the option was available.
