Love the Neenan showroom! Picked out everything we need for our basement remodel and the designers are super helpful. I wasn't sure what to do in the bathroom and they helped me design and pick out the right fixtures!

The showroom is lovely and has a nice selection. But it is only a showroom; everything is custom ordered. Therefore, if you have to cancel your order, you are charged a 25% charge. Ouch! I ordered a lower end faucet, but it wasn't going to arrive in time for the installation of the countertops. I didn't realize that there would be a timing issue or I wouldn't have chosen this supplier. Be aware!

A lot of items in the showroom have to be ordered. What's really odd is the most popular finishes have to be ordered - you cannot simply go in and purchase something and take it out the same day. For the people that want to get it done now this is not the place. Unfortunately you will have to order exactly what you want online and then wait for it to come in. The people there are very helpful and very down-to-earth however you cannot buy something the same day and take it with you. Great place for those of you that are planner types and don't mind the wait.

I really wanted to support this local business, rather than buy online. I was even prepared to pay a little more. The people in the showroom were very nice. Unfortunately I could not get a call or email back from either of the sales reps I worked with. Beautiful showroom, nice folks, just really lacking in follow through.

We used Neenan for everything put in our new house, and they did amazing! Ellyn helped us pick out everything, and we love it all! She was very knowledgable!

Bill Fry and his team are our go to hands down. They are super knowledgeable and explain everything in a clear manner so you know what is going on. Most knowledgeable plumbers I have ever dealt with. They found my issue quickly. And gave me an estimate that actually came in a little less at the end end of the day. Great customer service!

I had a service call for one toilet that had a leaky flapper. When Adam arrived he recommended checking all the toilets to see if any of the others would need replaced soon. Sure enough they did, so I was able to avoid multiple service calls in the future.
