I have known Bill for many years personally and as a homeowner. I have depended on him to take care of my home plumbing problems over the years. I knew the work would be completed the right way the first time around. We were very excited when he and Dawn decided to branch out on their own. The growth of their business is not surprising when customers receive quality work from a quality team.

As always, have been continually pleased with the professionalism and quality of work. Their attention to detail and doing what can be done to assist the customer has always been spot on. It always appears that they go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied both in the work and price greatly appreciated.

Jeremy was friendly, professional, good communicator and did an excellent job replacing two of our toilets in our home. He left our home the way it was left, clean and debris hauled away!! I plan on using Fry Plumbing again in the future!

Trustworthy, reliable, and dependable. Unfortunately now days it is hard to find a trade service that is all 3 of these traits. But Bill Fry and his team are exactly these and more. I had a problem with my system and not only did his team respond immediately, Bill himself came and went above any beyond what was needed. Knowing his schedule was already booked but professionally prioritized a customer in need, that’s unheard of honestly. My dad had a plumber he had used for years and now he’s switched to using Bill’s service because in 13 years he hadn’t experience the service Bill provided in 1 day. (Even did a minor fix to my garage door when he was leaving because he noticed it closed weird. So thoughtful!) AND they aren’t going to quote you something ridiculous because they know better than you how everything works. They’re honest and do not take advantage of their customers. If you’re researching different plumbers around, believe me, you found the right team. Give them a call and you’ll find your go to plumber!

Tyler came on time and installed the new water heater quickly and cleaned up the area completely after he was done. The work was done to my satisfaction. Very happy with the job.

Unfortunately, another toilet service was needed, however Adam solved the problem! He deserves a cape! I have now used Bill Fry The Plumbing Guy a handful of times & every person I have talked to has been amazing, from the admin team to the technicians. Love these guys! Had a major bathroom issue won’t go into details. Got me in same day within minutes of arriving they knew what was wrong and got started. They were personable, answered questions, respectful of my home took care of my problem. They also made suggestions to alleviate having issues in the future. Will definitely use again and refer them. Great company!!!!

Tyler was punctual and knowledgeable. Figured out good access points and gave good advice for how to avoid leaks in the future. Super nice guy, good price points too!

Once again Bill Frye saves the day. Sump pump died flooding the basement. Adam came in, replaced everything. Basement dried out fast but the water heater burner was submerged requiring it to be replaced. New heater was installed in no time. I highly recommend Bill Frye and being a member of the plumb club. House is back to good and ready for Thanksgiving.

Called for service and Adam was onsite a few hours later. Diagnosed the two issues, explained everything clearly quoted the total price and was done an hour later. Highly recommend this company and Adam. Knowledgeable, professional and personable! Well done!
