This company had no moral values. They stuck a phone in front of me saying they needed a signature that they had removed all their equipment. what they really had me sign was a satisfactory completion statement. They did the same thing to my 85 year old mother saying it was just a form stating they gave her an estimate on repairs while it was a statement approving them to start repairs. I was also not happy with the way the just tore out baseboards and carpet padding not thinking about the repair and how much more difficult it would make them. There was no reason to tear them out they could have cut them nicely. All in all I would never deal with them again.

I have very mixed feelings about Power Dry. We originally hired them for water mitigation after our home flooded, and that specific team did a great job. Based on that, we hired their restoration department to put our home back together. That was a massive mistake.
The restoration process was extremely disorganized. We were promised a project manager to oversee everything, but we had a revolving door of different people. We effectively had to act as our own general contractors, communicating constantly just to ensure the work got done.
After the work was finished, the refinished floorboards started lifting. Power Dry dragged their feet for months before coming to look at it, and then completely refused to fix it. They blamed the issue on the 'humidity' in our home--an absurd excuse considering we have lived in this house for 14 years without ever having this issue before.

Because they refused to stand behind their work, we withheld our final payment until the floor was fixed. Instead of working with us, they placed a lien on our house. We had to hire an entirely different contractor to fix Power Dry's mistakes. We offered to pay Power Dry the remaining balance minus what we paid another contractor to fix the problem. We ultimately had to hire an attorney to get the situation settled and the lien removed from our property.

If you have a flood, their mitigation team is fine. But I would strongly advise against ever using their restoration department.

A couple of sales people came by my house today, ignored the no soliciting sign, acknowledged to my partner that they saw the sign, and they tried to engage him in a conversation. My partner told them he doesn't want to talk to them, and they tried to argue with him that they weren't soliciting. We didn't invite you, you're not delivering something, you're not a politician or collecting signatures, you're not our neighbors...this didn't make sense to them obviously because THEY CAME BACK at 7 pm and tried to tell my partner they were just trying to have a conversation. They then stood across the street from the house, talking and pointing and staring at our house for a long time. We made a police report. That is horrible behavior because how do I know these are legit people? I had to look up this company based on the shirts they wore. Terrible sales tactics. Do better.

If you want the outdated sales pitch of having to spend 2 hours talking to the sales person, while he pitches you a bunch of things you don't care about, this is the place for you. This is not meant to be a negative review, just a review of their sales process....it is very time consuming, clunky, and outdated. If you are someone who likes to sit for longer quotes, I am sure they do great work, just wanted to enlighten people on the process and their "schedulers". ​​​

Choosing Wooten's Outdoor Services was a random selection as I had no clue. Turns out, I hit a grand slam. Beautiful job, price was right and the 2 young men I dealt with were thorough and professional. Thanks guys!

I highly recommend Wooten for professionalism, skills and great service. He explained what would happen, the materials necessary and provided a date for completion. The team was on time, cleaned up after themselves and 2 neighbors asked for the card for future work. I will recommend him to anyone, family, friends or just someone wanting quality work.
I can't say enough about Mr. Wooten and will gladly use his services again, should the need arise. I needed to contain a small pet and the fence is perfect. The look adds even more style to the landscape. THIS IS A WINNING COMPANY.

Wooten’s Outdoor Services did a great job replacing my chain-link fence after a tree fell on it and basically flattened it. They provided my estimate on a Friday and completed the work the following Monday. Hayden, with Wooten's Outdoor Services was wonderful to work with! We needed two new gates and one company said they wouldn't even come out to look at our slope and blind quoted us 3x as much. Hayden came out to hear our concerns with the slope beforehand and got measurements all in one trip. The gates have now been installed and they work great!
