I recently had the pleasure of having Maria and Jack clean the windows of my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service from start to finish. They arrived promptly, were professional, and maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated their attention to detail, including wearing booties over their shoes to ensure no dirt was tracked into my home.

Maria and Jack worked efficiently and thoroughly, taking the time to ensure every window was spotless before they left. They were friendly and courteous which made the experience even better. I will absolutely be calling them again and highly recommend their exceptional window cleaning service to anyone in need of top-tier results.

They always do an amazing job. I prefer to do my own home upkeep whenever possible but heights are my metaphorical line in the sand. That means no gutter cleaning for me. I have had Shack Shine out twice now for gutter cleanings and both times they did a great job, arrived on time, and had above-and-beyond communication. They even sent pics of my gutters and let me know nothing looked like it needed any urgent repair. They are amazing and I will keep using them. Highly recommend!

I wouldn't have complained about the price had you completed the job! The person you sent didn't even get on the roof to check the gutters, he used a blower for gutters that could be reached from the ground... that's it!!!
There was NO way to check the other gutters (due to the height) without getting on the roof!!! You made NO attempt to rectify my dissatisfaction.

We are blown away by the professionalism and quality of work provided by these folks. Jack and Cyrus were friendly and efficient. They cleaned our gutters, washed windows inside and out, and power washed our home. I would highly recommend Shack Shine and will use their services again without hesitation.

Christmas lights. Second year, they will up the service price of the installation of the lights by 41% just like Frank White of Jackson County. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Phenomenal job!!! Fantastic price!!! I was getting my house prepped for painting. Called around to get estimates for power washing the exterior aluminum siding. Everything from start to finish was more than I had hoped for. My house hadn't been painted since the siding was put on over 40 years ago. They made it look like it was just painted. Everyone at Shack Shine from customer service rep Madeline to the 2 technicians ( I wish I could remember their names ) were professional and explained in detail what was going to be done. There weren't any hidden fees or catches. The price was hundreds yes I said hundreds less than most of the others out there. I will be referring Shack Shine to everyone, and will be a repeat customer. Once again thanks Shack Shine

Shack Shine has to be one of the best companies I’ve worked with in a long time. We needed someone to clean our gutters, wash our windows inside and out and power wash our flagstone patios. We also had a couple of decks including an upper level screened in area that desperately needed lots of love. Shack Shine was able to help us with all of our needs and our home looks cleaner and better than it ever has. Maria, the GM, arrived with her crew of 4 and worked absolute magic. While having our lights, they even got rid of some wasps that our pest crew couldn’t get rid of. They made multiple swipes at our windows until they were spotless. Jack C, Matthew, and Maria came out to our house to power wash, clean the roof, and wash all of the windows. They were prompt and professional. They were very understanding when I had to make some last minute changes to our service. I'm so happy with the results! I have recommended them to all of our neighbors.

We had Shack Shine team members wash our roof, deck and house exterior. The roof had a lot of algae and moss on it, the house had a lot of spiderwebs and dirt on it, and the deck was also very stained from the weather. All three team members (Maria, Jack and Matthew) worked above and beyond to make sure our house literally shines now. All three of the team members were polite and respectful of our property.
