Oh my goodness! Cyrus and Kalon just left after a remarkable job cleaning the house exterior and windows, and I couldn’t wait to write a review. Nothing was missed! They truly went above and beyond my expectations. They thoroughly cleaned our large balcony that has high ceilings, fans, columns, and no easy access. Not only did they do a fantastic job, they were the nicest young men you’d ever want to meet. Thank you, Shack Shine! We’ll definitely be calling you in the future when the needs arise. Spring 2025

WOW. Just… WOW!
You know that moment when you pull up to your house and actually do a double-take because it looks SO incredible? Jack C and Cyrus did a wonderful job cleaning my windows, inside and out! They were thorough, respectful of my property and professional. They were even very tolerant of my dog who decided that Cyrus was her new best friend and followed him everywhere. I would highly recommend them!

The Shack Shine team is the best, especially Maria and Jack! Every time they come by it’s always a super friendly experience- and the windows look phenomenal! Maria and Jack are all stars, they handled all the interior and exterior windows like champs and they went above and beyond by offering to help with a couple issues they noticed at the house unrelated to the window cleaning. Even our dog gets excited when they show up :) could not recommend them enough, thank you guys for all of your hard work!

Hello! This is my second year with Shine Shack and Kalon and Cyrus were wonderful today. I know that it seems odd to put Christmas lights up when it is 80+ degrees everyday, but they were ensuring that my house would sparkle when the snow starts to blanket us in November and December. A very happy repeat customer. If we were beyond Halloween, I would just turn them on. 😊 My very tall Blue Spruce is always challenging and they did a fantastic job.

Maria, Kalon and Jack are always professional, helpful and put customer service at the forefront of what they do. My recent holiday light installation was beautifully done with the highest degree of detail and my (and my daughter’s) satisfaction!

Kenny and his crew did an amazing job on our house, garage and vinyl fence. They were fast and efficient. AND the cleaning solvent did not hurt any of our plants/flowers! We have already recommended them to several neighbors!

Kenny is kind, hard working and professional. I do not have to worry when he comes to clean our gutters and underground drain pipes, even three stories off the ground. I refer Tiger Pro Wash without reservation. He also does great work cleaning stone walls and cement walkways.

The heavy downpour of rain and a debris filled gutter and downspout caused water to leak into my home. I was alarmed to find a wet ceiling, countertop and floor in the kitchen. I contacted Tiger Pro Wash. Kenny answered the call and arrived to my home in less than 2 hours on a holiday. He was very thorough in documenting the issues associated with the gutters, and I will use their services in the future.

Kenny came out and gave us a comprehensive estimate that included all we wanted done. The quote was reasonable and we scheduled the job within a week. We not only had the house washed, but he washed the patios, driveways, shed and part of our terrace wall all within 3 hours and now it all looks brand new. Great job Kenny, Thanks.
