Cleaning Up has been working in many of our buildings for 15+ years and have been awesome to work with. Cerena and Melanie have been so accessible and accountable for day to day operations. The quality control has been great. At our first meeting Cerena said they were a different janitorial company than all the rest, and luckily I listened.

This companies employees stole my IPad from the KU innovation park while they were cleaning. The only people in the building were them, and me. I wouldn’t recommend a company employing thieves.

Brooks May spilled liquid on my brand mattress and used my apartment as a storage closet when doing work for Arium apartments.

He promised to clean the mattress and then was did not return any phone calls.
