Reviews of local pros in Lenexa, Kansas

Brian and his team are fantastic! Our office entry gets a fair amount of traffic and they make us look great. Easy people to work with. We highly recommend them!

Brian, Jose, Dylan and the whole crew were amazing. We had our preschool classrooms and hallways cleaned and waxed. This company made it happen over Christmas Break so that the students would not be impacted and we could return to our second semester with fabulous shiny floors! They moved everything out and back in for us which allowed my staff to have their well deserved break. I was kept in the loop during every step of the process with multiple pictures. Definitely recommend Absolutely Clean.

We hired Absolutely Clean to provide weekly cleaning for two of our locations. Each week it was evident that very little time was spent cleaning — sometimes as little as 25 minutes, which was confirmed by our door log. The quality of the work reflected that: floors were not properly cleaned and surfaces were often left untouched.

For $110 per service, at a minimum, we expected clean floors and wiped surfaces. We gave two months of feedback to allow for improvement, but instead the service only got worse. No concessions or accountability were offered despite the lack of delivery on what was contracted.

Based on this experience, we would not recommend this company.

I cannot say enough! These ladies are fantastic! Our house is clean, they are friendly, very responsive, and have fit us in last minute! Thank you so much!

Was provided an opportunity through Cleaning for a Reason to have Mini Maids come to my place to clean. They were thorough, communicative, and paid attention to details. Would recommend to others.

By far the very BEST cleaning service!! A company that strives to make their client happy!! My mother used the Mini Maids and now I do. Only ones we TRUST!!! Always 100% every time.

I’ve been using Mini Maids for several years. Always dependable and thorough. Highly recommended. Nothing better than to come home to a clean house and be able to spend time with family instead of cleaning. 😊

We were very pleased with the job Team 2 did for us today. Health issues prevent us from keeping house like we once did, so having the ladies of Mini Maid give us a hand once a month is a Godsend. Thank you.

Mini maids has provided cleaning services for several years in Spring Hill and now Basehor. Team #3 has done a fantastic job and I am never disappointed. I highly recommend them!

I have mini maids for over 2 years, always have a good experience. I had to change times today, therefore got a different team ( team 2) but had same quick, efficient friendly service. I recommend mini maids.

I Love these gals!!! Recommend them to anyone who wants a good cleaning - nice professional work ethic and I must say it is so great to have a beautiful home to walk into after they have left! I wouldn't go with anyone else. They are in and out in less than 2 hours leaving my house guest ready!! LOVE it!!

Mini Maid does an excellent job and is very flexible when I need to make a schedule change. The crews are efficient and friendly, and there's nothing better than the feeling of a clean home!

We have been using Mini Maids since we moved into our new house in April and they are always on schedule and do a great job cleaning our house! Way to go Team #2!! Appreciate all you do!!!

I have used this company for several years. The ladies do an exceptional job. I have no hesitancy to recommend them to others. It's very important to me that they arrive on time, complete the specific tasks I request of them, and they are trustworthy.

Very thorough, very organized. The crew works quickly and efficiently, and the house looks wonderful when the crew is done. I have used Mini Maid of Johnson County multiple times and will use it again.

Mini Maids of Johnson County has been servicing my home for years and I couldn't be more pleased with their service! They not only do a tremendous job, but really can curtail to your needs and time restraints. They go above and beyond making beds, organizing your countertops, putting dishes away. Team 2 (Tatiana, Shannon, and Tonia) is the team that usually assist me and never have you witnessed a harder and meticulous working crew! Kind as could be too! I've recommended to family members and friends. Thank you to Mini Maids and Team 2, I couldn't keep this house running without you all! You help me out more than words can say!

I've used Team 2: Tatiana, Tonia & Shannon for awhile now. We've had cleaning maids in Vegas for years and now here in Kansas. I also used to work in the office of a cleaning service... These girls are the best team I've ever had! I wouldn't trade them for anything! I've been unable to clean because of Heath issues & now being a mom, low on time.. I have OCD when it comes to cleaning... So having to hire someone, it's taking a risk since I always think no one can do a better job than I. Although, I know with my girls, I don't have anything to worry about. They pick up everything to vacuum, dust/polish & mop. ...one thing that's very hard to find. They're the most thorough cleaners! Trustworthy, honest and EFFICIENT! THEY WORK! (Looks like they're running around here "like chickens with their heads cut off!" -like me!) Nothing but positive from me!!!

Team #7 came to our house for the first time. I loved their friendliness and super cleaning. If you have big problem for some week , or that an illness comes up they are courteous and helpful to reschedule. They want to help you.

The staff is so friendly and helpful! The cleaning teams always arrive on time and they do an excellent job -we had them clean our home and I couldn't have been happier to come home to a spotless house!! I highly recommend Mini Maid of JoCo!

I had team #2 Bobbie and the rest of the team. They did a wonderful job cleaning. I had removed some oriental rugs and the backing was stuck to the floor. We got it all up and floors look great! So did the rest of the house!

Love Mini Maid! They always do a great job. We had Team 2 with Tatiana, Corey and Shannon and they were amazing. Very nice and do excellent work.
