Reviews of local pros in Lenexa, Kansas

Malia, Doug, and Cyrus were awesome. They showed up on time at 8:30 AM, and were very professional. Each was respectful of property inside and out, worked hard to remove construction dust and paint from recent repairs, and we were impressed by the knowledge they had about condition of our windows. We previously had another company washing our windows for several years, and they were good, yet this Shack Shine team was well trained and had excellent communication skills. We look forward to seeing them twice a year due to superb service.

We've used Shack Shine several times for exterior and interior windows. They know what they are doing and they care about the end results. Maria E. did an amazing job for us. She really wanted to make sure we were satisfied with our results. We were!!!!

I highly recommend Shack Shine! They do such a great job cleaning our gutters! We have a lot of trees next to our house, so the gutters can get super full with leaves and small branches. Today I met Jack & Cyrus! They were both especially exceptional! Attention to detail was 10/10 They were informative, friendly & professional! Thank you SHACK SHINE!

Very pleased with the job that was done by Jack and Jackson. They were prompt, efficient and left my windows spotless.

Everything went smoothly from setting up the appointment to the technicians letting me know exactly when they were coming. Cyrus and Jack C. did a great job (and worked quickly) on our gutters and even cleared the debris off our roof. This is the second time using Shine Shack and I will continue to use them every year!

Jack and Maria were so professional and detailed when cleaning my exterior windows, storm windows and power washing my deck. It was pretty cold that day, but they didn't complain once about it. When the job was complete they showed me before, during and after pictures and ensured that the work was satisfactory. Their communication was wonderful and better than that, they were both so friendly! I highly recommend Shack Shine and Jack and Maria in particular.

I recently had the pleasure of having Maria and Jack clean the windows of my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service from start to finish. They arrived promptly, were professional, and maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated their attention to detail, including wearing booties over their shoes to ensure no dirt was tracked into my home.

Maria and Jack worked efficiently and thoroughly, taking the time to ensure every window was spotless before they left. They were friendly and courteous which made the experience even better. I will absolutely be calling them again and highly recommend their exceptional window cleaning service to anyone in need of top-tier results.

They always do an amazing job. I prefer to do my own home upkeep whenever possible but heights are my metaphorical line in the sand. That means no gutter cleaning for me. I have had Shack Shine out twice now for gutter cleanings and both times they did a great job, arrived on time, and had above-and-beyond communication. They even sent pics of my gutters and let me know nothing looked like it needed any urgent repair. They are amazing and I will keep using them. Highly recommend!

I wouldn't have complained about the price had you completed the job! The person you sent didn't even get on the roof to check the gutters, he used a blower for gutters that could be reached from the ground... that's it!!!
There was NO way to check the other gutters (due to the height) without getting on the roof!!! You made NO attempt to rectify my dissatisfaction.

We are blown away by the professionalism and quality of work provided by these folks. Jack and Cyrus were friendly and efficient. They cleaned our gutters, washed windows inside and out, and power washed our home. I would highly recommend Shack Shine and will use their services again without hesitation.

Christmas lights. Second year, they will up the service price of the installation of the lights by 41% just like Frank White of Jackson County. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Shack shine is awesome! They do our Christmas lights every year and we just had them do the exterior wash and windows inside and out. Everything looks amazing and ready for summer. Cyrus and Jack did an amazing job

Jack S. and Cyrus just left my house after cleaning my gutters and they were so great! They did a great job and were super friendly. I absolutely recommend them and will go back to Shack Shine any time I need my gutters cleaned again. Thanks again!

Phenomenal job!!! Fantastic price!!! I was getting my house prepped for painting. Called around to get estimates for power washing the exterior aluminum siding. Everything from start to finish was more than I had hoped for. My house hadn't been painted since the siding was put on over 40 years ago. They made it look like it was just painted. Everyone at Shack Shine from customer service rep Madeline to the 2 technicians ( I wish I could remember their names ) were professional and explained in detail what was going to be done. There weren't any hidden fees or catches. The price was hundreds yes I said hundreds less than most of the others out there. I will be referring Shack Shine to everyone, and will be a repeat customer. Once again thanks Shack Shine

Maria (The General Manager) and Jack came out last minute on a Saturday to clean out my gutters before the storm tonight. They are friendly and efficient!

Tyler and Maria are an A Plus team! Professional and efficient. Informative and let you know your options.

Shack Shine has to be one of the best companies I’ve worked with in a long time. We needed someone to clean our gutters, wash our windows inside and out and power wash our flagstone patios. We also had a couple of decks including an upper level screened in area that desperately needed lots of love. Shack Shine was able to help us with all of our needs and our home looks cleaner and better than it ever has. Maria, the GM, arrived with her crew of 4 and worked absolute magic. It was amazing to be able to have so many different projects completed by one company. Thank you to you, Maria, and your wonderful crew. You all really are the best :)

Maria and team have helped us on numerous occasions as we have wrapped our commercial construction projects! We can always count on shack shine!

So excited to have Christmas lights again. Thank you Maria, Kalon and Matt. You were on time, professional and did a great job. I am scheduling deck power washing next.

I need to say thank you to Matheus for cleaning up my house and garage gutters. He did an amazing job!

Have been using Shack Shine some time now. They do a GREAT job and are very professional and conscience.
Very happy and will continue to use them.
Above ALL, Kalen and Matthew are without a doubt the VERY BEST. They go above and beyond for the customer. I trust them without having to follow them around. They are GOOD People.
