JJ, the repair guy just left my house. He replaced a screen that was somehow damaged. It was covered under warranty. Fats service! A great person who was respectful of my property. He communicated well, letting me know when he would arrive. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am mad that I can't leave a higher number than a 5!!!

Fantastic windows, sales rep, and installers. Window world is the second company to come in and replace windows in our house. We replaced 5 others with thermal king windows. Every window company comes in and bashes window world to try to justify the cost of their own windows, calling their windows cheap. We chose the upgraded energy star windows and they are not cheap by any means. Install crew did a great job. No problems with Thermal king windows, but I couldn’t justify the additional cost. The window world energy star windows are comparable to them. We had an issue with the sun coming in through our foyer and raising the temperature of the thermostat. No longer an issue with the new windows! Does not raise the temperature at all! Will be finishing the rest of our windows next year with window world. Will keep this review updated if we need to make a warranty claim or anything changes.

Best window replacement experience ever! Window World not only replaced my windows with quality, great looking windows, they did it efficiently and very cleanly. Salesperson was not pushy and very honest about the best window for my needs. Didn’t try to upsell with a bunch of B.S. Casey Frost and his crew replaced 15 large windows in under four hours with a complete clean up inside and out. Extremely helpful and patient with all my questions. Also, my 6 to 10 week delivery schedule was actually installed 4 weeks after ordering! Under promise and over deliver for a very satisfied customer!! I recommend Window World to everyone!

Window World just replaced all our windows, and I haven't been this happy with a purchase in a long time. The pricing was excellent, a fraction of what other companies wanted, especially for our oversized windows. The turnaround time was only a few weeks, and installation was very fast and professional, with clean trimming and wrapping. The quality of the windows themselves vastly surpassed my expectations. For the price, I expected these to be "good enough" windows, but they are great. Solid build quality, sturdy latches, smooth opening/closing, and with the triple-pane glass, the insulation is exceptional. Even with window temperatures, the inner glass feels just slightly below room temp. Are there better windows? Sure, but you'd have a spend several times as much for a modest improvement. These are awesome windows that match the quality of much more expensive options.

We have used window world before and when we needed three more windows we didn’t hesitate to call them first. All their windows are made in Iowa and they arrived in just a few weeks. The installers were in and out in about a hour. Beautiful work!

Not only are the two doors beautifully made, the 3 man crew, headed by Alan, took time to painstaking install them.Since our home is 39 years old, they had to make several adjustments for them to fit tightly. They were polite, punctual, and effective. We highly recommend this company.

Installer was very good. Spent over 10 hours doing install for 8 windows. Very thorough and very nice to deal with. Window world is a great company to get windows thru. Have had bought and had installed on two other occasions. Never had any issues.

I had such a wonderful experience from the consultation with Jack to the actual installation. Very affordable compared to similar companies that sell the exact same windows except four times the price as Window World. I love my new windows!

I had high hopes for Window World based on a previous (and positive) experience with them several years ago. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has been disappointing. About a year ago, I had several windows replaced. The sales representative strongly recommended slider windows in some areas, and I followed that advice—but I regret it.

The installation process left a lot to be desired. Some of my original woodwork, which I was told would remain intact, was cut out. Instead of properly repairing it, the team pieced it back together using caulk in a way that looks rushed and unprofessional.

Functionally, the windows have been frustrating. The sliders—especially the largest one—are incredibly difficult to open, close, and lock. In fact, it often takes two people and multiple tries. Even the standard windows are challenging to lock. After a full year of living with them, I’m still dissatisfied with both the look and the quality.

This was a surprising and unfortunate shift in quality from what I experienced with Window World before COVID. Something seems to have changed, and not for the better. I am giving two stars instead of one because when one window cracked shortly after installation, they did come to repair it quickly. However, I won’t be using them again in the future for anything outside of warranty-covered repairs.

I highly recommend Window World! The salesperson, Dion, and the install guys, Dalton and ??? were FABULOUS. HOWEVER, the woman that I had to speak to several times on the phone is NOT equal to the rest of the team. She was rude!!! If she would have been my first contact I would NOT have gotten windows here.

Excellent job. Only complaint though , we were upset that knive size piece of broken window glass was on the basement floor next to our bed we board overnight guests. And our daughter found another small piece on her sock. Not a good job of cleaning up that area.

Great company. A few years back we had most of our windows replaced with Window World, based on a referral from a friend. Recently needed several more replaced and called them again. Our rep was out within a day or two to give us an estimate and the windows were ready much sooner than we anticipated. Our installer did a great job. We highly recommend Window world when you need windows!
