The replacement of 3 windows was quick, yet thorough. Job was professionally completed and we were thoroughly satisfied with the results. Cost effective too!

Love the windows. Finished nicely. Installers did dent a freshly painted wall. They were not good with closing doors, heat and we have a cat. Ladders seemed to stay up in places even when they weren’t working that area. Which was inconvenient for us.

The quote was 30 minutes short, to the point, lowest cost and polite. The wait time for the windows to be made was within the time frame giving during the quote. Setting up the appointment to have them installed was exact. There was plenty of communication from start to finish. Replacing windows is the most invasive home improvement and can be stressful. This whole process by Window World made it amazingly comfortable.

So very very nice and this is the second time I’ve bought windows from them. Only had a sliding door and two window to replace this time. Once again, WW did a wonderful job! Very happy with the results!

One day installment, amazing! Worth every penny. Living next to a highway, sound is significantly quieter and that’s a huge plus. The new windows are super functional and I appreciate the safety features. Central air wise, for the first time our upstairs stays cool all day on these hot summer days. Very happy with Jack Baldridge and his no pressure approach. He was very informative and did not try and oversell which other companies definitely did. Installation was amazing, the crew was professional, fast and friendly. They were there and gone complete clean up no signs of every being there within 3.5 hours. Highly recommend window world!!!

Having just moved to Kansas from Massachusetts we have bought an older home and it needed all windows and its sliding glass door replaced. We called multiple companies and sat through 4 different presentations. We could not believe the difference in price we received by each company for the same work!!! Our last presentation was with window world who sent out Dion Tyler to meet with my wife and I.
Tyler’s approach was so different than the other presentations we saw, there was no bashing of other competitors which all 3 prior presentations did endlessly, no failed science experiments and he valued our time. Some other presenters would try and try to get you to sign on the spot with such a big purchase we wanted as much info as we could get prior to committing. Window World and Mr Tyler did none of the above, he was a straight shooter , gave us information we needed and some great suggestions on things we could improve etc. . Mr Tyler was major reasons we decided on Window World, in addition their bid was over 10k lower than any other bid for same work. There was no pressure, no follow up calls the next day when we said we needed time to process information etc.

We called Mr Tyler back after about a week and we signed all documents and received 0 % financing for 3 years which none of the competitors offered. Mr Tyler explained the process that it would be 6-12 weeks and a crew would come out and try to do all in one day, which was another huge selling point of not having home in chaos for days.
Received a call 3 weeks after saying they had an opening the following Monday. What a great surprise everything would be in before Thanksgiving and winter. The told us a crew of 5 would be out at 10 and will be finished in 5 hours. Knowing how these things go with construction we took it with a grain of salt.
On the scheduled day we got a call asking if they could come at 9 instead of 10 etc etc. the arrived and hour early and jumped into the daunting task ahead. We were amazed at how well this crew worked together they weee so efficient and it appeared they were in perfect sync . I spoke to one of the gentlemen paying him a compliment but I wanted to find out how they became so efficient etc. he explained to me that this crew of 5 had been working together as a crew for 10 years together. I thought that by itself was amazing as u rarely see a crew of folks stay together that long in that type of industry.
They finished the job in 5 hours and that included meticulous cleanup. These gentlemen were great and so professional.

We are so thrilled with the windows and already notice a huge difference in our home with retaining heat etc.. I have to commend Window World’s whole process! The sales and presentation was what hooked us as it informative, straight forward and about what window world had to offer, not once badmouthing any other company etc. The crew and how everything went as planned getting done in 5 hours!! Meticulous cleanup !! Professional!! All of the attributes are what made us want to take this step and praise the whole process from sales to installation went off without any issues. I hope window world values these employees as they represent and are the best sales they could have. We would recommend Window World to anyone out shopping for new window or doors!!! We are so glad we did…

The Window World installation guys were an exceptional, motivated, and professional team. I thought that replacing ten windows would take all day but this group was done in no time! Kudos to them on their hard-working effort.

I had a great experience, start to finish, with Window World.
Mysteriously, one of the tall windows on our front porch shattered. We had a dozen or so companies come out to give us repair estimates. Some of the companies had actually previously done replacement windows in our home. Window World had never been to our house. I had seen their billboard advertisements and heard their commercials on the radio (you know that they're the official windows sponsor of the Kansas City Chiefs). Their representatives that came out presented their products in much of the same way as their competitors, with a few distinct differences. Number one, the pitch was extremely low pressure. The representative leaned into the company's reputation and the quality of the products offered, as opposed to using sales pressure as a tactic. I have to say, it was extremely refreshing! My partner and I are very well versed on windows at this point, and it was obvious that the representative quickly picked up on that fact. They did not repeat the same sales pitch we'd heard so many times, but instead asked what was important to us and covered those areas. We were left with a very good impression, and it obviously helped us to make the decision to choose their quote.
The windows were ready when promised, however, Window World was able to adjust the installation date to accommodate a trip out of town we had to make in an emergency.
Installation was exemplary. We've had two dozen windows replaced in our home, and this was smoothest one we've had so far. The installation team was respectful of our property, they cleaned up all work areas, and the results FAR exceeded our expectations.
I have no problem giving Window World my highest recommendation, and we will definitely be in touch with Window World when the time comes to replace the final four windows we have yet to replace in our home.

The crew putting in my windows did a great job! They were very respectful of my house and took care around my kids things, they were very professional and the foreman was great at answering my questions. Nice crew, great work! Would recommend!!

The crew was punctual, professional & quick. Replaced 13 windows in about 5 hours. They look great. There was a small issue with the "no guarantee install by end of year" clause that apparently should've been communicated at time of signing but was not but the sales person. It didn't change anything because I didn't expect install before end of year anyway. No issues thus far.

Everything went smoothly and timely from quotation to installation. A company that you can trust for the quality of the windows as well as costumer services. The technicians worked very carefully inside and outside of my house with a high professionalism and knowledge about window installation. The final product looks amazing and now finally I don’t have air drift in the house and winter weather is not more an issue.

Price was lower than all competitors so we were a bit skeptical but installation went very smoothly and they even replaced a trim piece on back window. They showed up early and crew of 3 got to work and I offered lunch but they worked straight thru til they finished then ate some food I prepared. Windows all operate well have some stiffness making sure the sliders are in proper position to lock the system is new and to be expected. As far as install and price and professionalism I definitely recommend Window World also their rep was very professional and polite no hard sell. So they also have a good warranty but now it’s just wait and see on durability. I think we made a great choice so far. Thanks again Regards Todd Ward

Our house looks like a new house! We had Window World install siding and new windows in our older two story home. Big project and our utility bills have already dropped.
