The sales associate I had come to the house was Trent. He was fantastic with getting us set up for the right amount of windows and the right kind based on the location and what we would be using them for. He told us what we needed and never tried to upsell us on anything we didn’t need. He wasn’t pushy and let us decide on our own timeline. The windows also have a lifetime warranty which gives us great peace of mind. Deon was full of information when we went to physically look at the windows at the Independence, MO show room.

We had Carlos and his crew come out and replace 28 windows in our 1929 house. They completed our entire project with clean up in only 4.5 hours! They were so quick, polite, respectful, and superior at installing all the windows.

This company is great because they take the old windows to a guy that restores them for other projects, uses them for building greenhouses, or anything else to keep them out of landfills! Plus they manufacture all their windows in the Midwest. I 100% recommend Window World and their wonderful team for any of your window needs!

Trent did a great job assessing the house and giving us options. The installation was on time and smooth. The only reason I’m giving four stars is because I wish they would clean the $7000 of windows before they leave. Seems like a simple ask!!

Window world is amazing! From consult to install day they didn't skip a beat. The crew that came was fast and efficient. Couldn't be happier with my decision to use them.

The windows arrived a few weeks ahead of schedule and they were able to send an installation crew a couple days later. The crew arrived ~10:30a to install 17 windows (half on the second floor) and were leaving by 4:00p. Everything looks great and they cleaned up well after themselves! We love the new windows!

Two gentlemen came in to do my windows. They were super fast! Cleaned up the debris from their installation, courteous, and professional. Also demoed the wwindows i would know how to clean them top not service! Excellent company to work with!

Window World was the best value when I shopped for new windows. I asked how long it would take to install 23 windows and my salesman said it would take one day to remove the old windows and install the new windows. The crew finished in 5 hours and did a great job. It is the best experience I’ve had in a long time with people working on my house. Customer service is going downhill fast with this company. I have used them a few times now, but this is definitely my last time using them. The installers are great, all of my issues have been with the sales team. My reps have made measuring errors, have lacked basic knowledge and have been dishonest to get sales. Management won’t call you back. Please be aware and don’t get fooled by the lower prices compared to some competitors. In the end, you may wish you went with the other guys.

Affordable prices, but a pretty lengthy process from start to finish. There was a small issue with one of the windows installed. It was a little tricky to get ahold of the right person to get the issue resolved. Once communication was cleared up, they handled everything well!

Our experience with Window World has been the best among all other companies we've had quote our windows. Our salesman Jack was honest and not high pressure, like most companies. Also our order was completed in less than half of the forecasted timeline. We are sofar, very pleased with Window World and our new windows.

JJ, the repair guy just left my house. He replaced a screen that was somehow damaged. It was covered under warranty. Fats service! A great person who was respectful of my property. He communicated well, letting me know when he would arrive. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am mad that I can't leave a higher number than a 5!!!

Fantastic windows, sales rep, and installers. Window world is the second company to come in and replace windows in our house. We replaced 5 others with thermal king windows. Every window company comes in and bashes window world to try to justify the cost of their own windows, calling their windows cheap. We chose the upgraded energy star windows and they are not cheap by any means. Install crew did a great job. No problems with Thermal king windows, but I couldn’t justify the additional cost. The window world energy star windows are comparable to them. We had an issue with the sun coming in through our foyer and raising the temperature of the thermostat. No longer an issue with the new windows! Does not raise the temperature at all! Will be finishing the rest of our windows next year with window world. Will keep this review updated if we need to make a warranty claim or anything changes.

Best window replacement experience ever! Window World not only replaced my windows with quality, great looking windows, they did it efficiently and very cleanly. Salesperson was not pushy and very honest about the best window for my needs. Didn’t try to upsell with a bunch of B.S. Casey Frost and his crew replaced 15 large windows in under four hours with a complete clean up inside and out. Extremely helpful and patient with all my questions. Also, my 6 to 10 week delivery schedule was actually installed 4 weeks after ordering! Under promise and over deliver for a very satisfied customer!! I recommend Window World to everyone!

Window World just replaced all our windows, and I haven't been this happy with a purchase in a long time. The pricing was excellent, a fraction of what other companies wanted, especially for our oversized windows. The turnaround time was only a few weeks, and installation was very fast and professional, with clean trimming and wrapping. The quality of the windows themselves vastly surpassed my expectations. For the price, I expected these to be "good enough" windows, but they are great. Solid build quality, sturdy latches, smooth opening/closing, and with the triple-pane glass, the insulation is exceptional. Even with window temperatures, the inner glass feels just slightly below room temp. Are there better windows? Sure, but you'd have a spend several times as much for a modest improvement. These are awesome windows that match the quality of much more expensive options.

We have used window world before and when we needed three more windows we didn’t hesitate to call them first. All their windows are made in Iowa and they arrived in just a few weeks. The installers were in and out in about a hour. Beautiful work!

Not only are the two doors beautifully made, the 3 man crew, headed by Alan, took time to painstaking install them.Since our home is 39 years old, they had to make several adjustments for them to fit tightly. They were polite, punctual, and effective. We highly recommend this company.
