You won’t get any help from this character if the “warehouse” is closed. My water heater started leaking on Saturday. I called the Home warranty company and “the toilet guy” is who they have as a plumbing contractor to replace leaking water heater. The conversation went like this..... He told me the warehouse is closed till Tuesday!! I suggested Home Depot or Lowe’s? Well that’s how we make our money. Don’t waste your money on non service oriented companies! There are too many professional companies out there that are willing to EARN your money.
