I couldn’t possibly give Stover’s Restoration a high enough recommendation.

Walking into your newly renovated basement and feeling your socks get wet on your freshly installed carpet is never a great feeling.

But from the very start Stover’s made this terrible experience go smoothly and with ease.

They took care of me from the first time Bambi gave me a call to schedule the team to come out to my residence. To Cody Wilson starting the process and getting extra crew members to expedite the process.

And Jaydin Elkins TRULY took care of me through out the entire process and answered any questions and concerns that I had.

If you have any concerns on whom to call, I promise you will not be disappointed with Stover’s.

Our house was hit by flood damage twice in less then two months time. Stover's Restoration was so quick to help and restore our piece of mind, Tyler A. and his coworker showed up at 9:00 pm on a Sunday and stayed until after midnight to ensure restoration of our home. The professionalism exhibited by anyone who came to our home was top notch. They always kept appointments and were very punctual. Our home was checked on daily and we were updated accordingly. Stover's worked directly with our insurance company and everything was handled smoothly. My family and I cannot recommend this company enough.

I was fortunate to never need a restoration company before my house fire. Stover's was very timely and professional restoring my house from top to bottom. They had four different crews working in my house within a week handling water and smoke damage. I told coworkers and family that I didn't think my house was this clean when I bought it. I choose Stover's Restoration based on a recommendation from a plumber Andy Mullins. He had recommend Stover's to other clients and I have to say I was very pleased. I called on a Saturday morning and Stover's quickly came to my house and started the process of getting all the water out of my basement. Zack was polite and obviously quite equipped for the job of removing standing water in my basement. I highly recommend Stover's Restoration. Thanks to them I was able to keep both the pads and carpeting as well as wood flooring in my basement.

Our insurance company recommended Stover's Restoration after we had a water heater flood our basement. Within 30 minutes we had a representative at our door ready to assess the situation and call in back up to get started on our basement. Within two and half hours the carpet/pads were removed and the fans and dehumidifiers were running. They followed up each day and on the 3rd day Cori B. returned with Zach to confirm the equipment could be removed. I highly recommend using Stover's and when speaking to friends and co-workers it seems they have also used Stover's in the past and were pleased as well. Two thumbs up!

I can't say enough good things about Stover's Restoration. I had a supply line fail in a 2nd story bathroom and had 3 floors that had to be dried. From the 1st call to job completion has been a great experience. They let me know how the process would go from start to finish. They kept times of appointments that were set with calls before them heading my way. Everyone that came to my home was respectful and answered all my questions. If I have a future need I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend them.

I appreciated the rapid response to my initial call for assistance. A technician was on site the same day. I think communication and updates could have been more forthcoming. I only received updates when I called requesting one. I also would have like to be briefed up front on the plan of action. Stover’s did work directly with my insurance carrier which made the billing process easier.

We had a refrigerator water-line leak that caused a huge amount of water damage to the kitchen, living room, and basement. Robert Deeds and his team from Stover's Restoration were very responsive, quick, professional, skilled, knowledgeable, respectful and polite. They were very considerate and careful with everything they moved as they worked to remove the flooded flooring. After clearing out the damage they placed fans and dehumidifiers to dry out the rooms for a few days in order for them to be properly cleaned, prepped, and restored with new. We're extremely satisfied with the quality of service they provided and highly recommend them to anyone in need of the kind of work required. Thanks guys! 😊

All I can say is wow! We had a leak that had been going for several hours and contacted insurance who said that it would be at least a few days until service. But these guys were on it! They were out at 8pm same day setting up dehumidifier and fans, super helpful and explained the next steps and how billing worked. Thank you SO much Cody and his team for helping us in a time of crisis!

Our sewer backed up in our basement with sewer water covering everything at a very difficult time. Stover's came so quickly and made everything feel manageable....bagging clothes, cleaning, trashing, pulling up floors, and making life better again. Stover’s Restoration provided us great service after water leaked from the freezer onto our hardwood floors while we were away from home on vacation. We ended up with damage to the hardwood floors and basement ceiling below. Everyone we interacted with from Stover’s was very professional. They explained their process and what to expect thoroughly. The technicians were very knowledgeable and the work done was high quality. The office staff at Stover’s are very courteous and the billing process was explained in depth. After being surprised by water damage when we came home from vacation, it was great to know that there wouldn’t be any surprises from the restoration company. Well, we had flooding about a month ago, like alot of people. I called Stover the following morning and was told I would be put on a list and might be a day or two. They were getting lots of calls. I called the next 3 days in a row to get an update. Each time I was told it would be within the next couple days, and each time no one was able to be specific as to what my place in line was———was I 5th? Was I 50th? No clue. A month later, I still haven't received a call as to when my house would be checked. No correspondence of any kind. Their ad says 24/7 emergency response. Obviously not. I can’t speak to the actual work that they do since I never was able to get anyone out, but I definitely feel like I was led along, thinking that any day a team would be coming to my house. In the meantime, I could have called another company sooner than I did and had my home evaluated much quicker, had Stover been honest with me and said that they were not going to respond to my flooding issue.

This was my first experience needing restoration services and I was nervous about the process. All the staff including the office staff and men who came out to the house were kind, prompt, polite and thorough. My questions were answered and they were accommodating to my schedule. I felt confident in the work they completed in my home and I would definitely recommend them to others.

The stover's restoration crew was at my house immediately after I called them. They are easy to reach and get a response. All the people who I interacted was very nice and kind. In addition their cleaning job was exceptional. I was very happy with their service and understanding.

Stover's Restoration responded quickly to our call about stormwater in our basement on a Sunday afternoon. Their technicians arrived within an hour and by another hour they had the water cleaned up and their drying equipment was in place. They answered our questions about mold prevention and they were very easy to work with. Two days later, the basement was completely dried out and a giant problem had been solved for us. After that, Stover's assisted us in filing our insurance claim. It has been a very positive experience for us. We would recommend Stover's Restoration to anyone for water cleanup.

I had a water leak on a Friday afternoon and realized my weekend was probably ruined. I called Stover’s on a family recommendation and they came out within a few hours. They vacuumed up the water and pulled the carpet up so they could remove the ruined carpet pad.They then set up fans and a dehumidifier and hauled off all of the wet carpet pad. By late afternoon I was back to enjoying my weekend. Their prompt service and professional attitude was appreciated. I would recommend Stovers to my friends and family.

They helped me through the paperwork and assured me they could deal with my insurance. They have been prompt for their appointments and always helpful if I had questions.
