It took a few days for them to get to us but once they did, they did an awesome job. We've used them for years and have always been very pleased with their work.

These guys literally were so quick. I had frozen pipes and no water coming through bc it got below negative Temps. And with 4 kids that's a no go for us. Took less than 30 mins to thaw out the pipes and keeps me from having a bigger problem. Thank you so very much!!!!

Terrible customer service. Put other customers in front of me even though I called at 8am. Then they wouldn't call me back or even give me a time when they would show up. I gave up after two weeks. Will not be calling them again. Also gave me an incorrect diagnosis. What they said wasn't the problem ended up actually being the problem and had it fixed by another plumber.

I have relied on Jim's plumbing for several years now over multiple homes and they've always been very accommodating. However, they are a very busy crew so always make sure to get a time scheduled so your problem can be addressed.

Horrible business standards no sense of customer service. They don’t seem to want to help at all. They are not in the business to help fix plumbing services. The most unprofessional business. We called them for some plumbing issues that was flooding our kitchen but talked to a grumpy lady on the phone who told us to call somebody else. At first they said they will send somebody. After 3 hours of constantly drawing the water that was over flooding. When we tried to reach out to them to check if they were sending a plumber our way they said there is no one available for weeks. I guess we have to plan ahead and schedule a plumbing emergency with them. Smh.

First time I used them is was great. Then I called for another job and the lady who answers the phone said she would send some. I waited a week called again, she said she would send someone and asked if I would be home, I said all day. I waited, no one came. Called the next morning asking if they were coming or should I call someone else, she said I was on today's list. No one came or called that was two weeks ago. I wouldn't recommend Jim's plumbing at all. I thought it was rude and unprofessional to keep having me stay home waiting. All that was needed was to say they didn't have time, didn't want the job, but lying to me is unacceptable.

I have used them in the past and have had good service. However, I called and asked for a small non emergency job to be done and I was told someone would call before they came out the next day. I waited all day and no phone call. I called them again the next day and was told he had an emergency. Okay, I understand these things happen. Not a big deal. Once again was told they would be out and would call. Again, no phone call. The phone call finally came a ful two weeks to the day after I had originally called them. By then, I had hired a different plumber to do the job.

Had a sewer back up and called them at 8:30am. They arrived at 8:50 and were done before 9:30. When you have something like this happen and you want fast service you don’t usually get it. These guys were on it! I appreciate their promptness and will only be using them in the future.

Had an issue with my wellpump motor goin capoot (Motor was probably older then me). I've used them for several years and I always bring them uncommon cases :). They always deliver. The pump they ordered was on backorder for two different places so it took awhile to get here. The phone operator she was patient with us. Once the part came the whole crew showed up(guessing) , took the wellpump from underground and replaced it. They upgraded a few pieces as well to make sure I don't call soon ;)

Good news is I have my taxes coming in to pay them since it wasn't a small job. Thanks for the save.

Very impressed. Had a leak. They came the same day I called. The guys knew what they were doing. Ended up being a simple fix. Still no way I could do it myself. Glad I called them. Also about 4 years ago. My furnace went out. Very quick installing the unit made sure my ac was compatible with the new unit. Had a little issue before it was a year old. They came out and fixed it. No problems sense.

They always show up quick and fix the problem. They are professional and explain things well.

I couldn’t be happier with the quality of care and professionalism. They worked around my schedule, explained what all needed repaired. My a/c needed a compressor and more coolant Ace that even sprayed the unit out. I now have 58 degree air piping through my hot house. The service men were very polite and answered all my questions so I could understand. This is the 2nd time I’ve had to call Jim’s to help me out, and both times they’ve made it easy! Thanks Jim’s!!
