Great experience! The project was perfect! The employees cleaned up after themselves daily and chatted with our dog. The entire experience was great. We also LOVE our new patio cover.

Luke was very helpful in the entire process. He went out of his way more than once to explain and make us comfortable in the process knowing we’ve never gone through getting a new roof before. We hired Luke and his team to do some remodeling/finish work in our basement. Luke walked through with us and discussed what work we wanted done. I contacted VersaCon to get a bid on replacing a few windows. Luke came out within a few days and spent a good amount of time listening to my concerns with my current windows. He had several pamphlets with options for me to look through and answered every question I had. One main concern I had was the process of installation as I have new siding. He recommended calling the company who installed it to check on a warranty as it could void it if someone else accesses the siding. He was right. So unfortunately I could not have his company do my windows. However, I appreciate his honesty send ethics. That was very impressive to see he rather lose a job than do a shady deal. Thank you!

Luke and his crew did an excellent job installing the new roof. They cleaned up everything very nicely and placed netting to cover up the flowers and scrubs. Luke stayed in constant contact with me through the whole process.

Very friendly and helpful, and very timely. The only holdup in getting it done sooner was the rain and the crew couldn’t be blamed for that. They draped the entire surround of the house in tarps and cleaned up very well. The roof looks great. Luke was very helpful in the entire process, including helping me with the insurance company to make sure that I got more than what was initially given to us. We couldn’t be more happy with the entire experience.

BEST experience I’ve had in a long time!!! Versacon was so easy to work with right from the start. Their communication and customer service was exceptional! They came out to provide a quote immediately and were able to offer a financing option that was super easy to apply for. They had many options to choose from for our home needs and kept their promise on a finish date. They even went the extra mile to find a siding that was the nearest match to the one our home was built with 11 yrs ago. The crews that did the work were polite, got the job done in a short amount of time and the roof, siding, screens and guttering look amazing! I can’t wait to call Versacon for our next project!!

We really loved our experience at VersaCon! We had some siding work done by another big company in Wichita, and we weren’t completely pleased. VersaCon came out and fixed some problem areas not completed well from the previous company, put on a new roof and gutters/ gutter guards, and added soffit vents for attic ventilation. The price was reasonable and Kaittlin was super helpful in walking us through the insurance process with USAA. She even came out to the house when the insurance adjuster came. Luke was great to work with and the workmanship was top notch. Highly recommended!
