Constraction reviews in Mulvane, Kansas

Can't say enough good things about VersaCon! Kaittlin was extremely helpful and so sweet! The owner,Luke, and the whole crew were great! They are all very hard, efficient and polite workers. They cleaned up everything when they were finished. Their pricing beat my other 2 estimates! We LOVE our new roof!! I recommend them 100%!

Attached Garage Addition: I scheduled three different companies to come provide estimates for our project. VersaCon was hands down the best option from the start. Luke responded in a timely manner to the request, was on site a few days later, listened to all of our plans, supported our vision for the project, and offered a fair quote for the work to be done. He helped find an architect for the project and brought him to meet us and work out the details together. The crew Luke uses is friendly, professional, and meticulous in its attention to detail. Luke was gracious in answering any and all questions we had along the way and was on site every few days to ensure things were going smoothly. We hit a few road bumps with supplies due to COVID, but Luke stepped up and found ways to make things happen, so we had what we needed to stay on track. The end result is a fantastic addition that ties into the original house as if it were always there. It is functional and well built. We have neighbors stopping by often to complement the work done and say how are nice it looks. We could not be happier. We will be using VersaCon again in the future for sure and would highly recommend for any project you may have.

We are so happy with our new siding on our 50-year-old house done by VersaCon. We've received so many compliments from friends and neighbors. The team that did the job were friendly, polite, very diligent and paid so much attention to detail. We totally recommend VersaCon to anyone looking for this kind of work.

Luke and his team at VersaCon were great to work with! Not only did they do a fantastic job, but by far the most affordable. Got everything I requested done within a week. New roof, siding, facia, soffits, and new doors. Highly recommend!!

VersaCon installed new roof, replaced all siding and gutters, plus painted exterior/trim, and replaced a door. Luke and his team were easy to work with and always professional. Luke was great at communicating with us throughout the process. We had an unusually rainy spring that caused some delays but Luke always kept us informed. Luke stopped in and checked on the projects progress consistently and would find and take care of things that we wouldn’t have even noticed. You can tell he takes pride in the work his team does so he keeps a keen eye on the details. I will definitely use VersaCon again in the future and gladly recommend them to friends and family.

VersaCon was great to work with. They help you through every step of the process. Communication was outstanding and the work was top notch. Very happy and would recommend them to anyone!

Versa Con did 2 projects for me and did an excellent job on both !
These are 2 pictures one before then after ( first was a wood deck then Versa Con installed a composite
deck ) I was so excited ! I love it so much !
They also installed a new roof on my patio and on my home !
Such an excellent job ! They took good care of my home and cleaned up well !
Thank you Luke !

I would recommend VersaCon based on my experience with their team.

From the quoting process with Luke to the work start day with Jose, I was pleased with their services. I have projects in the future and am thankful I found a contractor that is courteous, timely and above all else provides quality workmanship.

I had several contractors bid the work that was completed and also found their quote too competitive with others, but selected them based on expectations.

Look no further in my opinion.

Thanks

VersaCon installed a metal roof on our home. They were professional through the entire process. From estimate to installation, the process went smoothly. We are very pleased and highly recommend VersaCon.

I met Luke (the owner) today and was blown away with how professional and kind he was. You can tell he truly cares. Would 100% trust him with all my roofing and construction needs in Mulvane and surrounding cities in Kansas! 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great job upon completion! Charlie ( as the drywall installer) and Colton ( as the painter and floor installer) did an excellent job! I am sure this was considered a small job as far as remodel/ repair jobs, but for us as homeowners it was big! Thanks Kaitlyn for the timely response in coming out to bid on the job and providing a quote ! Versacon has our recommendation!

Luke did a great job explaining our deck options and updating us throughout the process. Our deck looks incredible and we couldn't be happier. He also replaced all the siding on our chimney and it looks great! We plan on working with him for another project in the future. Thanks VersaCon!

My Aunt had her roof done through VersaCon and they did a great job start to finish. Their communication was fast and clear. They were timely with the work and clean throughout the process!

Luke and his team are awesome! I couldn’t recommend them more. He came out and did an inspection for free, didn’t try to sell me but just told me what was wrong and what he recommended. I went out of town and came back to everything done, my house didn’t even look touched and a brand new roof placed! They were fast, clean and super personable. I will be giving them more business in the future!

Outstanding Service!

I can't thank Luck with VersaCon enough! They came out last minute, just ahead of a major storm, and fixed my issue quickly and professionally. Their fast response and quality work quite literally saved my home from serious water damage.

Thanks to their team, my roof held up during the storm with no leaks or problems at all. It’s rare to find such reliable, responsive, and skilled service these days—highly recommended if you ever need roof repair. Amazing!

Luke was prompt when returning calls. That in itself deserves 5 stars. The crews that did both our roof and gutters were fast efficient and clean . Its not normal to find so very few nails after a roof is done. We appreciate how clean they were. Everything looks good
We will be calling them for future work .

Versacon tore down and replaced our deck, Luke was great to work with, gave a fair quote with multiple options so we could choose what fit us and our budget, answered all our questions and was always very quick to respond! They were professional and did a wonderful job from start to finish, we were so pleased with how well the cleaned up.

We were so happy with the work they did on the deck that we used them to replace our roof as well. Luke met with the insurance adjuster and helped us through the process. I would highly recommend them, and will use them again in the future.

VersaCon Roofing and Construction did an amazing job on my roof repair. The crew was prompt, professional and honest from start to finish. They showed real expertise and completed the work on time. Top 3 things I loved: 1) Prompt service and quick response 2) Professionalism and expertise 3) Honest communication and timeliness.

We knew it was time to replace our 18 year old deck. All of the 6x6 posts had rotten out and it wasn't up to code. Being new to Wichita for only a couple of years, I did the research and received quotes from multiple companies, even the big names you see advertised on TV. For one reason or the next I was the one who would have had to compromise. I saw VersaCon advertisement in the little Kansas paper and decided to call. First off, I was shocked I actually got a main guy "Luke" who picked up the phone and would be there through the whole deck building experience. His quote was reasonable and with no surprises. He listened to what I wanted and it turned out just beautiful, we couldn't be more happier.
The building crew was on site daily morning to dark. I can't say enough about all the detail they did to make sure all boards and color lined up, no pieced in cuts on the composite decking anywhere. The deck is so solid and strong it will out last me.
Needless to say any future jobs of any kind that now needs to be addressed at the house, I will not hesitate to call VersaCon first. They are the real deal of a honest hard working company that stands by their name and workmanship.

We had an amazing experience with versacon putting our roof on. They were knowledgeable and very quick to get it on. They helped organize the communication between us, insurance, solar company and their own people. The roofers doing the replacing were courteous as well and cleaned up after themselves. We had a very positive experience. The only issues were with solar scheduling and rain scheduling. 😆

I'm very impressed with the quality of VersaCon's work! The salesman worked directly with my insurance company to submit the claim, making the process easy. I'd highly recommend this company.
