Charlie was great, but communication is horrible. Parts were ordered, but they entered incorrect address and couldn't reach a person. So much is done 'virtually'....want a real person!
Once the tech he arrived it did not take him long and after checking everything it was determined that the stove was working and he assured me things were good to go.
My repairman was quick and polite. My only issue was my service window was 8a to 5. I was texted at 730a and he didnt get to my house untill 815a. We had to call a week later to have the same thing repair again. Not good!!
