Costain is a professional company, with attention to detail and commitment to quality. Cami Reiss, owner of Reiss Earthworks LLC

Great family owned business and will go the extra mile to ensure the customers wishes. A truly honest business looking to get the most for thair customers and help them achieve their dream homes!

If I could give zero stars I would. We hired Costain Construction 16 months ago to build our new home. I've never seen such ineptness in a business. They’ve either never built a house or are just that bad at it. It has turned building our dream home into a complete nightmare. So many promises and deadlines were made and not met. Don’t believe a single word these people say.

I'm still waiting on several mistakes to be fixed, things that Jim Costain told me were no big deal (at least 2 months ago). I still don't have the custom front door that I paid for about a year ago. COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!

We worked with Costain Construction for an "owner build" method of our new home. Their team was approachable and easy to work with, guiding us through the entire process. We appreciated their responsiveness and willingness to make adjustments to create our forever home. We would definitely recommend them for your custom home construction needs.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Elizabeth, Jim, Tierney, and Kyle for the past 3 years, and they truly are the best! They’re always accommodating with changes, focused on getting every detail right, and consistently go above and beyond to ensure the homeowner’s vision is brought to life. As a subcontractor, it’s clear how much they care about quality, timelines, and doing things the right way—not just quickly. Their communication, organization, and commitment to excellence make every project run smoothly. If you’re looking for a custom home builder who takes pride in their work and puts the client first, this is the team you want to work with.

Costain Construction - Jim, Elizabeth, and Kyle - were wonderful partners for the challenging process of "owner build" of a custom home. They kept the process on track and guided us through the countless details and challenges involved. We are very happy with our new dream home. Highly recommend Costain.

Jim and his team are the best. I have now used them several times for remodeling and they are the only people I trust. They get in, they work fast, they get out. Absolutely love the finished product.

Great company! I love that it's family owned and operated. They were friendly, explained the process well, reasonably priced and their contractors were FAST and cleaned up great after they were done. Our new roof looks great - very happy with everything!

My experience with John and the whole Vision construction team has been great. They quickly replaced my roof and took the headache out of working with my insurance company. Would recommend to anyone looking.

They put a new roof on for us and the whole experience was smooth and painless. I appreciate that they were transparent with me and explained things I didn’t understand. They made sure our insurance didn’t give us a run around and everyone we interacted with was pleasant and kind.

Vision Was able to help me through the process of getting a new Impact resistant roof on a home we were buying. They came in lower than most other estimates with a bunch of free upgrades.

Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have exterior repairs done.

We needed shutters reattached to the house. They took the time to take care of it quickly! Scott was professional and did a good job.
