Constraction reviews in Olathe, Kansas

Kevin and Mike were great! Kevin did a great job of getting me on the schedule quickly and being flexible to allow me to request additional work while the work was being done. Mike did an amazing job with great attention to detail and going above and beyond to make sure that the job was done right. Highly recommended!

We needed repairs to our sidings on the chimney and Kevin and his crew promptly did the necessary work. The quality of their work was excellent and they conducted themselves professionally, in a friendly respectful manner. Their fee for the work was also very reasonable. We liked them and their work a lot.

As always, Johnson County Guttering did a great job on my fall gutter cleanout. They were great to work with on scheduling, made good recommendations on the services I needed, and did a great job on thoroughly cleaning my gutters and all my downspouts and reported back on their findings. Great job as usual. I have used them several times and they never disappoint!

Fast, clean and efficient great company strongly recommend

We do not use any other company for guttering. They are polite, reliable and do great work.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Johnson County Guttering and Roofing. They were very professional from the bidding to finishing the installation. The installer was super professional and provided quality workmanship. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family.

These guys are great. I live further out of the KC area and they had no problems coming up to provide an estimate and do the work. Very happy with the new gutters, very easy to work/communicate with, and was a very easy process all around. I would definitely recommend contacting Kevin if you’re looking for gutter work, they did a fantastic job.

These guys have done several projects for me and have done a great job every time. They are very attentive to detail and are very enjoyable to work with.

When my insurance company would not pay for a roof replacement I contacted several vendors for quotes. I dealt with Kevin, the owner who provided the best and lowest quote. They also replaced some gutters and wood rotted fascia. The job was completed on a timely basis and the quality was excellent so I highly recommend Johnson County Roofing and Guttering!

I hired Johnson County Guttering to repair a gutter that was damaged after my neighbors tree fell on my home. I noticed wood rot developing behind the repaired gutter on the fascia and soffit. After several attempts to reach Kevin the owner, he informed me that the work was out of warranty and the damage caused by the improper installation was not his responsibility. Kevin finally sent his superintendent out to inspect the problem. When he put his level on the gutter he said it was not installed correctly causing water to pool exactly where the wood rot is. His superintendent found that the seam in the corner had completely failed and also that seams are expected to only be water tight for 3 years. Every other gutter on my home is over ten years old with no problems and no wood rot. It's unfortunate I can't post videos showing water dripping down the back of the gutter into the wood rot. Buyer beware.

We love our gutters. This was done in one day.
After the gutters, we decided to get a new roof and patio cover from JoCo Guttering and Roofing. So… we had a good experience and all is well.

Reliable and trustworthy. From providing a free estimate, to the installation of a new roof and gutters, the communication was excellent, and the turn around time was quick. The work is high quality. I'm very pleased!

They have been cleaning my gutters for a couple decades never any problems. They also put gutter guards in for me and they have worked beautifully. Recommend them highly.

Received an accurate quote with suggestions for upgrades (5 versus 6 inch gutter) but no pressure to upgrade. Communication great. Job completed in a professional and timely manner- over 2 days. Installer was a one man show and answered all questions.

Great company to work with. Very responsive to my call for a quote and the price was very reasonable. Their representative came to the door and explained what work he was going to perform. He left no mess behind. I recommend this company to everyone looking to install gutter guards. Thanks Kevin for doing a great job.

Don is about as honest as they come as far as roofers go. If you even think you need a new roof or have a leak, call Adamstree. You’ll get a professional opinion every time!

Adamstree is the best company for all your commercial and residential roofing and construction needs. They are extremely helpful, professional, and polite. They will go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service to their clients. Can always count on them for their honest and hard work!

Adamstree Roofing did an exceptional job on a roof we needed to replace quickly due to selling that house. Our sales representative, Kenny, not only helped make things happen fast but also led us through how insurance for a roof replacement works. The men who replaced the roof worked carefully and were polite and neat. I would recommend Adamstree Roofing without hesitation!

Very professional and personable company. Made me feel very comfortable with my decision in using them for my roofing needs.

I had a project house that had gone through a fire and needed a full rebuilt roof. They came out and were very thorough on their estimate and very competitive pricing. They were very understanding of my situation and started rebuilding in a matter of weeks! Would use their work again!

From the moment I found Phil with Reliance Roofing on facebook, he has been nothing but professional and very knowledgeable!! He let my husband & I know up front what was wrong and what the cost would be. He worked with insurance and took care of everything and all we were responsible for was our deductible. All his crew was very nice and respectful and the work was done to A+ quality. I highly recommend Reliance Roofing and wish this business much success!!!!
