Nick did a great job explaining what he needed to do and then executing the work. As you can see from the photos, what he needed to cut away he kept very clean and straight that should make things easy to put back together. I'm very happy so far with Servpro.

The entire team that came out to my house was outstanding. Dorian came by and did an initial inspection. No later than twenty minutes was his team Daniel, Jesus and Joseph on site setting everything up. Everyone was very transparent and communicated well about ETAs and visits. My damage caused quite a bit of power to be used and I had a late evening work call and my computer was tripping the breaker. Daniel stayed extra late to rewire the machines so I could complete my work call successfully. I would recommend ServPro 100%

I was devastated when water ended up all over my kitchen floor and into the basement, which I could not get to stop. My insurance company sent Servpro to start the process of drying the kitchen and basement entry. I was with the inspector when he evaluated the damage. I was shocked to find that the water had completely ruined the hardwood floor and cabinets in the kitchen, and the downstairs was completely damaged as well! I was heartbroken, then the gentleman with Servpro turned to me and said," We can make this tragedy look like it never happened. " I felt a sense of relief and curiosity to see if his statement was true. I watched as the hardwood was torn away from the floor. I was asked about the color I wanted the cabinets to be and all of the other components to make me whole again. I had the BEST carpenters as we worked together to make my kitchen a masterpiece! Niel and José worked with pride and a sense of love for the craft. The transformations were unbelievable. I loved everything they completed because they did not miss anything, which made me excited to see the kitchen finished. The basement was done exactly as I imagined! When I saw the completed kitchen and downstairs, I thought back to the statement I was told as I was looking at all of the damage. "We will make it look like it never happened." The tears in my eyes represented my appreciation for the true statement! I can enjoy my kitchen and cooking cheesecakes for my family again! I especially want to thank Niel and José for giving their absolute best every step of the way and leaving me with a job well done!! I am proud to have had the chance to work with Page in accounting to make everything officially complete!! I would definitely suggest Servpro for any kind of restoration, but mine is a work of art!! Chad (reconstruction) and his crew did a great job repairing drywall, carpentry and tile that was damaged at my home recently. Thank you Chad!!

Woke to water in my basement at 6:30am and by 9am Service Pro had Vic and his crew here starting the water evacuation. Every single employee that serviced my basement was a gem! Very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Albert, Harvey, Vic and Marcos.

Daniel, Albert, Erik and the team at ServPro were incredible. A pipe burst in our basement on Sunday. They were out early Monday AM, worked all day cleaning up the water damage and were done same day. Clear communication and professionalism. Highly recommend.

After Monday's flash flood we came to find out that our basement was absolutely flooded and our carpet was destroyed, had water damage on the doors, and walls. After an initial consultation visit from Nathan, we were able to get same day service and we had the pleasure of dealing with Sean and Kevin. Both were absolutely fantastic, did not leave until about 11pm when there was nothing else they could do to avoid secondary damage. They were extremely professional and quite efficient. Despite it being a very stressful ordeal, it quickly became a very positive experience thanks to the SERVPRO team. Looking forward to finishing this project out with them.

If you were also affected by this or future floods, I definitely recommend going with this team. They have been great to deal with and have taken the lead in dealing with our insurance company, which is another stress they have saved me from. 👍

The guys at Servpro did an outstanding job! We had a pipe rupture for freezing temperatures. Within a half hour of calling Jacob was here, and assessing the damage. The crew was here within the hour and started working cleaning up the water and damaged carpet. I would highly recommend Servpro, great job and highly professional!!

This company is amazing! Thorough, professional, and kind to work with. They were out to my home and finished the same day once contacted by my insurance company in regards to a clog in sewer line with backup into basement. I’ve never dealt with this problem before so to have a company that was extremely helpful and informative from start to finish was a huge relief. Quick, prompt service! We had a massive water leak, the Servpro team arrived quickly and got to work right away. All of their team was so polite and kind. They went above and beyond. This summer, water destroyed our entire home. We were recommended to ServPro Olathe/Lenexa by our insurance. Dealing with a disaster - like a flood, fire, etc. - is already stressful enough, and we are grateful for ServPro’s professionalism and communication throughout the entirety of our project.

We used ServPro for mitigation and reconstruction. Our mitigation team was led by Jacob, who was absolutely incredible. He met us in the midst of chaos with such kindness and walked us through every step of our project. Jacob’s team passed us off to reconstruction, where we later met Matt & Nathan. Similarly, both were kind, quick to respond, and made sure we were taken care of throughout the entire rebuild of our home. The reconstruction crew did incredible work, and truthfully, it looks “like it never happened”.

Kevin and his crew were outstanding! Our old roof was down and the new one installed in two days! Gutters were finished over the next couple of days. Impressive work considering all the peaks we have. The crew was friendly and efficient and did an excellent job cleaning up the property. Communication before, during, and after was appreciated.
