Jessica (PM), Daniel Rodriguez (RS), Quinton, Joseph and Jesus Prez were so friendly, kind with rapid response time. They showed up and were ready to work to get all the damaged areas cleaned and dried up. Would definitely recommend to anyone who finds themselves in a water damage situation.

For what is a very stressful time for a homeowner, SERVPRO has come in and offered some peace of mind with their water mitigation process. From the beginning, I've had a positive experience with Daniel who familiarized me with each step of the project and is readily available for any questions. Adonay and Erick who completed the actual mitigation were also a great team! Communication was exceptional throughout the day, even letting me know when they were taking lunch. I never had to wonder what was going on and Adonay was very patient when I had questions. I highly recommend this SERVPRO team.

You must have sent me the best crew that you have! Albert and Sam were friendly, respectful of me and my property and professional! Very hard workers. They got the demo and mitigation done in such a way I could probably eat off the floor! And they kept me informed from start to finish. These young men show pride in their work and a strong work ethic. I was actually sad to see them go. And my dog liked and trusted them which is saying a lot! I hope that ServPro recognizes the high level of customer service that Albert and Sam provided . They made a bad situation in my home and lot less stressful. THANK YOU GUYS!

Matt was my first point of contact and was super helpful in talking through the process of what I needed done. He was very kind and transparent with the entire process, including what we could expect from filing a claim through our insurance company. Kevin and Kevin came to our house and did a fantastic job with our clean up. They answered every question I had and didn’t blink an eye when I said I had come up with yet another question. Not to mention we feel our home is safe from bacteria/mold and they got our house smelling so much better again. Every person who came out to check the moisture levels of our walls, pick up equipment, etc. was so helpful and made a very unfortunate event so much easier.

Contacted ServPro for water remediation and drywall reconstruction at my worksite after an instrument water line broke over the weekend and flooded a good portion of the building. The team was quick to come that Monday and remove the water, very communicative the whole time. The reconstruction team did just as good a job, super quick and worked around everything the best they could. Overall a great experience.

The service we received by the professionals from ServPro was fantastic. Albert & Jesus A did a great job with the job we needed done & did an excellent job communicating a few changes as the work progressed. Plus the house was left neat & clean and smelled fresh. Great job by Allyssa, Lindsay, and Luz. These ladies worked tirelessly day after day to clean up after kitchen fire. They cleaned entire house removing ash and smoke damage to walls, floors, and ceilings. They were so kind and polite and industrious!. I hate to see them go, they were so nice. So nice to have them here. The cats and I will miss them. THANK YOU ALL!

Excellent service. Quick to response, they cared for our wood floors in a very efficient and personable way. Joe and his crew were exceptional with their service, providing daily check-ins and monitoring of the equipment. Nick and Bryce did a great job picking up all the equipment.

On a Sunday, my home was temporarily flooded during a remodel project. We called ServPro and Joe got back to us very quickly. He came out, assessed the water damage, and advised that we really didn’t need to take any action—that the steps we had taken to mitigate the damage was effective. It was very reassuring to work with someone like Joe who was responsive, professional and honest. The next time, we/family/friends run into trouble, I know exactly who I’m calling!

Lindsay did the final cleaning for me and she did an absolute fantastic job. She was a perfectionist. The Bates/Hogan team did the first cleaning and they did fantastic job as well. Jessica was very friendly and made the job go smooth. Great to work with.

We recently had a very stressful situation where a bed mattress released fiberglass / silica fiber particles throughout our bedroom. Thankfully, we contacted Servpro and were lucky enough to work with Jessica. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish—friendly, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. Our basement flooded a few weeks ago on a Sunday morning. So we called Servpro to help us out. They arrived within a few hours with a full team of professionals to handle the job. They were in our home most of the day. They were fast, clean, and professional. They took great care of our personal affect’s and saved all that they could so that the rebuild wouldn’t be so costly. When we found out that our insurance wasn’t going to cover the damages, Servpro did whatever they could to minimize the cost but still complete the job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Reached out to ServPro for a second opinion after a sump pump failure in our basement. They came out quickly and the project manager who came out, Jacob Liles, was great! Very knowledgeable and did not try to upsell me or anything. Very refreshing to not feel like a company is taking advantage of you during a stressful situation.

I would highly recommend ServPro of Olathe/Lenexa! Jessica and Jenn were fantastic to work with. Jenn went above and beyond on our project! While preparing a house to go on the market, we came across some cleaning that I did not feel comfortable cleaning myself. My project manager Daniel Hernandez along with Jacob came within the hour after contacting Servpro. After finding the leak and deciding what had to be done, Daniel’s team Allan, Harvey, Julio, AK, Jesus A. and Jesus P. all came a few hours later removing carpet, moving furniture and knickknacks, cutting out shelving underneath cabinets then setting up drying equipment that ran for 7 days. The men were so efficient and kind to us in our hour of need. Very grateful. I highly recommend this company and team!

Alyssa and Jen came out today to clean and treat for mold. Both were very professional and friendly. Explained the process so everything went smoothly. Would highly recommend them if you ever have a water leak and need help cleaning up after.

We had an unexpected flood in our home while at vacation in Florida—an absolute nightmare. Thankfully, SERVPRO and their crew Daniel Rodriguez (RS), Malik and Jacob (PM) came out for emergency water drying, and they were incredible from start to finish. The team was professional, kind, and so efficient. They truly made a stressful situation feel more manageable and smooth. We’re so thankful for their quick response, expertise, and the care they showed throughout the process. Highly recommend! 12/10 rating.

Dorian, Project Manager, was out to assess the damage from a leaking dishwasher. He was very informative, thorough, and communicated details of the mitigation process. The SERVPRO team, Joseph and Jesus doing the mitigation, were friendly and professional. We would highly recommend SERVPRO for any mitigation needs.

First and foremost, you have a lot of choices when it comes to repairing or reconstructing your house after fire and water damage. Under no circumstances would I recommend you use ServPro in any capacity. We had a fire with extensive damage requiring a full pack out of all our belongings and nine months of work to reconstruct to our house.
We went with ServPro mainly due to the positive reviews, which is why I’m writing this review today. If I can stop even one family from going through what we did with ServePro then it’s worth it. After nine months we are back in our house even though the upstairs is still not finished and the quality of the work throughout the house is incredibly poor. At this point they have stopped work and we do not know when/if our house will ever be restored back to what it was before the fire.
On the pack out: Our belongings were delivered back to us damaged. The power cords and hardware needed to put our TV, Couch and other electronics back together were not delivered at all. Several other items are still missing.
On the construction: The absolute ineptitude is too extensive to list. Instead, I will share a few pictures of what was considered “done” by the ServPro crew. Keeping in mind that we had raised concerns about the quality of the work the entire time they were here working on our house. We were told repeatedly that it’s part of the process and the finished product would more than meet our expectations. Unfortunately, we had to be here day after day to make sure things were getting done due to multiple things being missed. It goes without saying that our "expectations" were never met.
On top of all of that ServPro also caused damage to our house and property. When ServPro removed our fridge as part of the pack out they left the water line uncapped and damaged the wood floor to the point that the new fridge (old fridge was brought back but no longer worked) is off balance and does not fit properly.
The ServPro crew that was initially working on the house had vehicles with oil leaks. Though we pointed this out continuously nothing was ever done about it. The result is permanent oil stains in our driveway and street.
We did finally get through to ServPro that the quality was so terrible that we could not move in and they did take action. The entirety of the upstairs had to be redone. They are in the process of doing that work but have now stopped due to not wanting to wait on the money coming from the mortgage company. All of which is beyond our control, but we are the ones left with an unfinished home.
If there are further updates, I will post them here. I would strongly encourage you to take your business elsewhere. The loss that comes with having a house fire is difficult enough without dealing with the stress, heartache, and pure incompetence of ServPro.
